2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, taping-completed products in which electronic components with lead wires such as electrolytic capacitors have been tapped are continuously sent out by a pair of rollers, and an operator manually folds and stores them in a storage box. Since the taping-completed product was folded and bent alternately at appropriate places, one operator was always required to fold the taping-completed product, which was a great waste of labor.
Also, in the case of such manual work, the bent portion is not stable, and it is unavoidable that it will vary each time.
In the folded state, the electronic components are not always intricately intertwined with each other, and the folding thickness is increased, which causes a waste of storage space.

Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-41168 discloses a fold forming device of a series of electronic components in which a taping completed product is folded by a gripping device provided with a pair of arm members. Completion of taping by configuring a pair of swing-out ends attached to the tip of a flexible material and pressing either of the swing-out ends to abut the fixed forming and the other swing-out end. Since a mechanism for gripping the product is adopted, when the taping completed product is inserted into the guide member, the taping completed product is free with respect to the swing-out end portion and is not constrained at all. Due to the rotation, the taping-completed product moves relative to the guide member, and as a result, the position of the fold may vary from fold to fold, and it is not possible to obtain a fold at a highly accurate position. there were.

This will be explained in more detail. Even if the electronic component train is positively fed by the sprocket, the pair of guide members and the pair of swing-out end portions are in an open state, and the electronic component train is not restrained during the free state. Because it exists in
The electronic component string, in which the lead wire of the electronic component is sandwiched between the mount and the adhesive tape, is in a state in which the guide member swings easily in the front, rear, left, and right directions. Since the mount and the adhesive tape are made of paper with a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 mm, they are fairly weak and easily bent or easily wobbled, so it can be said that the electronic parts series is even more unstable.

And in such an unstable state, up to the bending position,
Bending by swinging the series of electronic components without restraining them adds an additional unstable element, especially for the series of electronic components in which the electronic components are taped on the mount of thickness 0.3 to 0.45 mm. However, due to the weight of the electronic component, the backing sheet tends to swing and tilt in the width direction on the side (lead wire side) opposite to the head of the electronic component.

When bending in such a state, originally it should be bent so that the folding line is at a right angle to the mount and the adhesive tape, but it is often bent diagonally, and when bent in this state, Not only was it difficult for the folded electronic parts to enter the storage box, but the bending position often shifted from the normal position, and a maximum deviation of 0.7 mm was seen. This deviation of the bending position of 0.7 mm was a very large deviation because the required accuracy of the bending position was 0.3 mm.

Further, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-243770 discloses a method and apparatus for folding a taping-completed product in which electronic components are folded in such a manner that they are intricately interlocked with each other in the folded state. Since the front and back surfaces of the taping-completed product are alternately pressed against the pair of sandwiching members by the members, the front and back surfaces are alternately pinched by the pair of sandwiching members to make a crease. Similar to the example, since the taping completed product is not fixed to the pin while the taping completed product is moved by the pin, the position where the fold is formed is not stable when the pair of gripping members sandwiches the taped product. As a result, there was a defect that the positional accuracy of the folds was not good.

Furthermore, a pair of arm members for holding the taping completed product,
The pair of arm members disposed on the rocking device are connected to the arm actuating members that forcibly rotate, respectively, and the tip of the taping completed product is grasped or released by the operation of the arm actuating members. Therefore, when the swinging device swings, the taping completed product is already surely gripped by the pair of arm members, and as a result, the taping completed product is displaced laterally by moving the taping completed product. Since it can be prevented from occurring, there is an effect that a high crease position accuracy can be obtained.
