This is because if the position of the reinforcing bar is deviated even slightly, the strength of the reinforced concrete structure is adversely affected and its durability is deteriorated.

Further, it is known that when such spot welding is performed, there is a risk that the material of the reinforcing bar may be damaged, and in particular, there is a problem that the fatigue strength is significantly reduced (for example, "Concrete Standard Specification [Construction] Volume])).

And a concave portion in which the reinforcing bar is arranged is formed on the surface that contacts the reinforcing bar, a through hole is formed in each of the first and second flat surface portions, and a through hole is formed in the through hole. A welded portion is formed, a flux is provided around the through hole, and a concave step portion in which the welded portion is located is formed.

Since the first plane portion and the second plane portion have a step relative to the step of the reinforcing bars intersecting with each other, the jig and the two intersecting reinforcing bars are in close contact with each other while the jig is covered. Then, arc welding is performed by inserting the welding rod into the through hole, but since the flux is provided around the through hole, arc welding between the jig and the reinforcing bar can be reliably and easily performed.

材自体の損傷は比較的少なく、疲労強度も低下しない。Welding the reinforcing bar and the jig is easier than welding the reinforcing bars together, and the quality of the welded portion is also good.
Further, compared with the case of spot welding, the material itself of the jig and the reinforcing bar welded is relatively less damaged, and the fatigue strength is not reduced.

When the present invention is carried out, the labor required for the work is greatly reduced as compared with the work of binding with the annealed iron wire, the work of spot welding, and the like.
