2. Description of the Related Art Various methods such as those disclosed in JP-A-60-165487 have been proposed as methods for manufacturing a heat insulating box body such as a low temperature showcase having an opening and a protruding wall formed on one side surface. In this publication, when the height of the nest is made smaller than the distance between the protruding wall and the wall facing the protruding wall, formation of a gap between the nest and the wall is avoided. There is disclosed a method in which the undiluted solution of the foamed heat insulating material is filled in both the inner and outer boxes.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention A low-temperature showcase is configured in a state in which a transparent window is arranged on an upper portion of one wall of a heat insulating box manufactured by the manufacturing method in the above-mentioned publication. The space formed by both boxes and the breaker for connecting both boxes is filled with the foamed heat insulating material and then fitted into the groove formed in the breaker. Therefore, the foaming pressure generated during foaming and solidification of the filled heat insulating material pushes the grooved surface of the breaker outward, resulting in more foaming than the shape of the breaker window before foaming. The shape of is such that the entrance side of the window is narrowed. Therefore, it is not possible to fit the see-through window through this narrowed entrance, and therefore, a step of correcting the groove portion of the breaker is required before this fitting,
The work was very troublesome. In addition, when the shape after foam filling is greatly deformed, even the repair work cannot fix the see-through window.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has a transparent plate, a recess formed in one wall of both the inner and outer boxes, and a frame body having a groove portion corresponding to the recess and into which the transparent plate is inserted. Then, in a state in which the frame body having the transparent plate inserted therein is arranged so as to straddle both the inner and outer boxes, a foamed heat insulating material is filled between the inner and outer boxes to form a heat insulating box body. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing the heat insulating box.

Work Since the transparent plate is placed in the recess prior to filling the foam insulation, even if the groove is (outwardly) pressed by the foaming pressure generated when the heat insulation solidifies, the transparent plate is deformed by the pressing. It acts as a reinforcing member that holds back the transparent plate, and the pressure on the transparent plate increases the degree of adhesion and fixing between the groove portion and the transparent plate, thus improving the mounting strength of the transparent plate.

Insert the transparent window from above so that it is retained. Thereafter, the lower end opening of the window fixing groove (74) of the window fixing frame (70) is widened against the restoring force, and the upper end of the transparent window (2) is fitted and held. Then, the left and right frame parts (4

Then, a frame body (front frame portion) (41) having a groove (42) corresponding to the recess formed in the upper front wall of the box body (1B) is straddled over both the inner and outer boxes (11) and (12). Then, the transparent plate (2) is fitted into the concave groove (42) of the frame body (front frame portion) (41) to arrange the transparent plate in the concave portion. Thereafter, the box body (1B) is transferred to the heating furnace (92) and heated to a predetermined temperature. Next, after arranging the box body (1B) with the opening (15) and the projecting wall (16) as the upper surface, the nest (93) heated to a predetermined temperature is inserted into the inner box (11) through the opening (15). Then, after placing it on the front half of the bottom wall (11D), this nest is slid backward and placed immediately below the projecting wall (16) as shown in FIG. With the placement of the nest, the bottom wall (11D) of the inner box receives the weight of the nest (93) and bulges toward the space (P) side, while the heat insulation block (90) moves to the outer box. It hits the bottom wall (12D) and the gap disappears.

Press the box (1B) at (96) as shown in Fig. 1. The weight of the nest (93) is added to the auxiliary cooler (18) which is the inner wall of the projecting wall (16) due to the reversal, whereby the bending of the bottom wall (11D) of the inner box is eliminated. At the same time, the heat insulating block (90) separates from the bottom wall (12D) of the outer box and has a gap (9
4) is formed again. In this state, by injecting the undiluted solution (Q) into the space (P) through the injection hole (97), the undiluted solution (Q) will grow and grow in the space (P) as shown by the arrow in FIG. Air is extruded from the exhaust hole (98) to form the foam insulation (14), and the above-mentioned insulation box (1)
Is obtained.

According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, the transparent window (for the frame body (13) including the front frame portion (41) and the left and right frame portions (40) arranged across the upper ends of the inner and outer boxes is 2) can be held and fixed only by inserting it into the concave groove (42) and the fixing groove (48) without using a fixing member such as a screw. Further, the window fixing frame (70) can be installed by fitting the upper end of the transparent window into the window fixing groove (74) of the window fixing frame (70). At this time, since the window fixing groove (74) firmly fits the upper end of the transparent window (2) by the restoring force, a fixing member such as a screw is unnecessary. Further, the left rail (60) and the right rail (60) are suspended from the left and right frame portions (40), respectively, and then the hand rail (80).
By covering the left and right rails (60) and the window fixing frame (70) with, the window fixing frame (70) and the left and right rails (60) can be fixed. In this case also, the handrail (80) is attached to the outer box. (12)
No fixing member such as a screw is required other than fixing to.
Therefore, the components around the transparent window (2) are fixed by a very easy method by fitting or locking, and the number of fixing members can be reduced as a whole. Further, since the heat insulating material is filled after fixing these parts, it is attempted to swell in the direction of narrowing the width of the recess or the direction of narrowing the upper surface opening by the foaming pressure accompanying the foaming and solidification of the heat insulating material. However, since the transparent window (2) in the recess and the handrail (80) in the upper surface opening respectively act as a reinforcing member to prevent this swelling, an insulating box body with a transparent window can be obtained at the same time when the foaming ends. The problem that the transparent window (2) and the handrail (80) cannot be attached can be solved.

As described above in detail, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the width of the recess is formed in the frame body by the foaming pressure generated when the foamed heat insulating material filled in the space formed by the inner and outer boxes and the frame body is solidified. Since it is pushed in the direction of narrowing, the end face of the transparent plate is also pushed,
The mounting strength of the transparent plate is increased, and at the same time when the foaming is completed, a heat insulating box body with the transparent plate is obtained, and the problems that have been caused conventionally due to the mounting of the transparent plate can be solved.
