継器から上り方向に送出された変調信号を受信し、その
信号の有無を判定する第1判定手段と、自中継器から分
岐した分岐線上で直下位に位置する中継器から上り方向
に送出された変調信号を受信し、その信号の有無を判定
する第2判定手段と、前記第1および第2の判定手段の
結果を電文化し、前記中枢監視局に送信するデータ通信
機能を持つデータ処理部とから構成してある。
