まる係合孔17をボビン2の下側壁4に形成し、ボビン2
を巻取り方向に回転させたときに係合孔17と当接する係
合突起16の側面を傾斜面18に形成し、回転クラッチ板9
の下面に係合突起19を形成し、この係合突起19が嵌まる
係合孔20をボビン2の上側壁5に形成し、ワイヤー21の
端部を下部ケース1内に引入れてボビン2に接続したこ
