き込まれるとともに、二次混合された調理物の一部は、
前記リブ5により外側へ飛ばされ、調理物と空気が三次
混合される。さらに調理物の撹拌循環も、回転体4の上
面に環状リブ5があり回転体の厚さが厚くなるため、回
転体4を調理物の接触抵抗が増えて早くなり効率より短
時間で泡立てできる。
