Description of the Related Art A postcard paper which can be continuously produced by using a printer capable of printing in conjunction with a computer and a pressure bonding device is known, and a base paper is in a normal state (normal temperature, normal humidity, normal pressure). In this case, a postcard is formed by applying an adhesive that does not adhere and drying it, and then folding the two paper pieces together and subjecting them to an adhesion treatment.

The spread of the device is remarkable.

However, it is necessary to use a heat-sealing type adhesive set to a low softening point, which causes a problem that the adhesive softens and adheres to the inside of the printer.

When the sheets are stacked one on top of the other in a zigzag folded state, the blocking phenomenon occurs due to the weight of the sheets.

The method is not suitable for postcard paper where the adhesive is applied to the entire surface, but if measures are taken to prevent adhesiveness from adhering to the adhesive, the adhesive force will decrease and the adhesion at the joint surface tends to be insufficient. There is a problem.

A pair of feed holes are formed at a predetermined interval on both side edge portions along the direction and both sides of the folding line, and perforations for cutting are provided at a predetermined interval in a direction orthogonal to the paper feeding direction. The first paper piece portion and the second paper piece portion are formed along the folding line, and then the first paper piece portion and the second paper piece portion can be pasted together by pressing the adhesive applied to one surface of the paper. In the continuous postcard paper, the first adhesive in which white or colorless and transparent fine particles that are dispersible and incompatible with the solvent in the adhesive are mixed in the adhesive containing the natural rubber latex as the main component. Agent layer After being formed on the entire surface of one side of the postcard, it is dispersible in the adhesive containing natural rubber latex as the main component, is not compatible with the solvent in the adhesive, and is the first adhesive layer. A second adhesive layer in which white or colorless and transparent fine particles having a particle size larger than that of the fine particles contained in is mixed is formed on the upper layer of the first adhesive layer, and the deterioration treatment is performed on the adhesive. It was rubbed.

By making them mixed and making the particle diameter of the upper layer larger than that of the lower layer, the adhesive strength at the joint surface can be increased, and the blocking resistance can be improved by performing deterioration treatment on the adhesive layer.

When a strong pressure of / cm 2 or more is applied, the second pressure is applied as shown in FIG.
The silica gel s2 dispersed in the natural rubber-based latex 11 in the adhesive layer 9 of the above breaks through the second adhesive layer 9 on the opposing surface and destroys the surface of the first adhesive layer 10 below the first adhesive layer 9. The adhesive of the adhesive layer 10 of No. 1 is discharged from the portion where the adhesive is broken, and thus a strong adhesive force is obtained at the joint surface.
