Then, the clamp means (C) is advanced so that the claw piece (4) enters the notch (20). After that, the claw pieces (4) are closed to hold the packaging material (H), and the fall prevention plate (32)
Of the individual storage shelves (A) by retracting the clamping means (C) by more than the height. After taking out, the clamp means (C) is moved to above the packaging material supply section (I) of the packaging device (K). The manner of supplying the packaging material (H) to the packaging material supply unit (I) will be described below with reference to FIGS. 6a to 6d. As shown in the figure, packaging device (K)
Usually has a packaging material supply part (I) in which a plurality of guide frames for vertically holding the posture of the packaging material (H) are provided. As shown in FIG. 6a, while moving the packaging material (H) onto the packaging device (K), the posture of the clamping means (C) is changed to change the packaging material (H).
Are stacked vertically. After that, the clamp means (C) is lowered, and the packaging material (H) is introduced along the guide frame into the packaging material supply section (I) (Fig. 6b). Then, the claw pieces (4) of the clamp means (C) are opened to supply the packaging material (I).
The packaging material (H) newly supplied on the packaging material remaining inside is heavily responsible (Fig. 6c), the clamping means (C) is moved to the front side (Fig. 6d), and then it is again rotated to the storage rack (Fig. 6d). It is moved to the front of the individual storage shelf (A) to be taken out next to P), and is made to stand by until the next packaging material supply command is received. Thereafter, this operation is repeated and the packaging material (H) is appropriately supplied to the packaging device (K) (FIG. 1). In this way, when all the packaging materials of the individual storage shelves (A) in each stage of the same row of the rotary storage shelves (P) have been supplied, the take-out means control device outputs a rotation command to the rotary storage shelves control device. In response to this command, the rotary storage rack controller rotates the rotary storage rack (P) so as to index the individual storage rack (A) in the next row. First of all, the cylinder (2
Make the storage rod (D) rotatable by retracting the piston rod of 2). After that, by rotating the pulse motor as appropriate, the pulley (15 '), belt (17),
The storage rack (D) is rotated through the pulley (15) to index the individual storage rack (A) in the next row. After the completion of the indexing, the piston rod of the cylinder (22) is fitted into the positioning hole (21) again to fix the storage rack (D). After that, an indexing completion signal is output to the take-out means control device, and thereafter, the packaging material (H) is continuously taken out and supplied. Further, when the operating range of the take-out means (T) cannot cover the entire range in the height direction of the set range of the individual storage racks (A), the storage racks (D) are moved up and down to move all the individual storage racks ( The packaging material (H) can be taken out from A). That is, the storage shelf (D) is lowered for taking out from the high-level individual storage shelf (A) (FIG. 2), and the storage shelf (D) is raised for taking out from the lower level. (Fig. 7). This lifting is performed by moving the piston rod of the cylinder (29) forward and backward, and when the piston rod advances, the storage rack (D) rises, and when it retracts, it falls.
