Generally, in a steel structure building, it is necessary to cover the surface of the pillars and beams with fire in order to protect them from fire. Conventionally, this type of fireproof coating has been one in which a cement-based refractory material is applied or a nonflammable sheet is wound.

However, according to the conventional construction methods, in any construction method, since the fireproof coating construction is performed using the scaffolding or the like after the steel frame is constructed, the workability is unavoidable. In particular, according to the spraying method using a cement-based refractory material, the thickness of the fireproof coating tends to vary, and the construction error is unavoidable.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of such conventional method, the fire-resistant coating in the field is only the joint portion, and the fire-resistant coating is a sheet coated with a paste cementitious refractory material. This is done by adhering to the coating part, and the other parts except the joint part are done in advance at the factory etc. to minimize the construction of fireproof coating on site, improve construction accuracy, simplify site construction, and save labor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fireproof coating method that is made possible.

The present invention relates to a pillar or beam fireproof coating method of a steel building, in which the fireproof coating of the surface portion excluding the joint portion of the steel column and the steel beam is performed on the ground in advance, and the fireproof coating of the joint portion is a steel frame assembly. After assembly, the sheet is coated with a paste-type cement refractory material, and the sheet is adhered to the covering portion.

A cement-based refractory material is used for the fireproof coating 3, and a paste obtained by kneading cement, sand, and additives with water is sprayed onto the surface portion A to a predetermined thickness, or already formed into a panel shape. It is constructed by sticking a cement refractory material to the surface A.

As the fireproof coating 4, a sheet made by applying a cement-based refractory material on a noncombustible sheet such as release paper, rock wool, or glass wool by about 10 mm is used. At the time of construction, the cement refractory material side of the sheet with cement refractory material is the joint part 5
Cement-based refractory material is adhered to the entire surface of the pressing joint portion 5 along the shape of the above. When release paper is used as the sheet base material, the cement-based refractory material is peeled off from the surface when the cement-based refractory material is appropriately cured and adhered to the surface of the joint portion 5. Cement-based refractory sheet is laminated several times until the cement-based refractory material reaches the specified thickness. In this way, the cement-based refractory material layer having a predetermined thickness is formed as the refractory coating 4 on the surface of the joint portion 5. When the sheet base material is a non-combustible sheet, the non-combustible sheet is not peeled off during construction, so that the laminated body of the cement-based refractory material and the non-combustible sheet is fire-resistant coated by lamination.

(1) On-site fire-resistant coating can be applied only to the joint, and the joint is not sprayed, but a sheet with paste-type cement refractory applied to the sheet base material is required on the joint surface. Since it is performed by laminating a plurality of sheets, the time required for on-site construction of the fireproof coating can be significantly reduced, and the thickness of the fireproof coating can be made uniform.

(2) Since the work scaffold needs to be installed only under the joint portion, the work scaffold can be significantly reduced, and the construction period and the construction cost can be significantly reduced.
