However, in this case, the smoothness of the hard base material could not be wiped off. In addition, an embossing process, an etching process, or the like is applied to a hard base material to give an uneven pattern to obtain a three-dimensional effect. However, the height of the uneven pattern is limited by the material of the hard base material, and the uneven pattern cannot be seen at all due to the relationship of light rays. For this reason, an uneven pattern is also applied by embossing after printing on a hard base material. However, in this case, the printed pattern and the concavo-convex pattern are independent of each other, and the advantages of each other cannot be fully utilized.

Apply the undercoat paint to the pattern, then remove only the undercoat paint existing on the top surface of the convex part, then apply the topcoat paint, dry and cure this, and make the color contrast between the undercoat paint and the topcoat paint in the concave part The present invention proposes a makeup method capable of continuously greatly improving the three-dimensional effect due to an uneven pattern.

FIG. 1 is a process conceptual diagram, and 1 is a hard base material, which is made of, for example, a thin metal plate (colored steel plate, copper plate, aluminum plate, etc.), gypsum plate, slate plate, inorganic plate, synthetic resin plate and the like. A is a concavo-convex processing step, and by embossing, etching, pressing, etc., the concavo-convex pattern 3 is formed on the decorative surface 2 of the hard substrate 1 as shown in FIG. 2 (a).
Is a step of forming. The top surface of the convex portion 4 of the uneven pattern 3
4a is horizontal and the bottom surface 5a of the recess 5 is inclined by an angle θ. The depth of the uneven pattern 3 is 0.1 to 4 mm.
The position and size are arbitrary, and the shapes of the convex portion 4 and the concave portion 5 are also arbitrary. B is a step of applying an undercoat paint 6a on a decorative surface 2 of a hard substrate 1 to form an undercoat paint layer 6 as shown in FIG. 2 (b), which is a spray, curtain flow coater or the like. It is a process performed by. Examples of the undercoat paint 6a include acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, alkyd resin, polyester resin, furan resin, as a synthetic resin component,
Vinyl resins, urea resins, maleic acid resins, styrene resins, phenol resins, oil-free polyesters, styrenated alkyd resins, aluminum paints, ethylene enamel, vinyl copolymers, polyvinyl butyral, ethyl cellulose, etc. are used with various pigments. It is a room temperature curing type, heating, heat curing type coating, or ultraviolet curing type coating which has a viscosity of about 20 to 2000 centipoise and not a high viscosity. That is, the undercoat paint 6a has a certain degree of fluidity. This is the undercoat 6a
If but which it is uniformly applied to the decorative surface 2 of the hard base material 1, and flow in accordance with the inclination of the bottom surface 5a of the recess 5, uneven pattern 3 coating thickness
This is because it is changed according to the shape of. C is a wiping step, which is a step of removing the undercoat paint 6a on the top surface 4a of the convex portion 4 through the roller R while the undercoat paint 6a is uncured. That is, in the wiping step C, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the roller R is inclined like the hard base material 1 and only the top surface 4a is wiped off. D is a topcoat paint application step, which is a step of forming the topcoat paint layer 7 by applying the topcoat paint 7a by a spray, a curtain coater or the like. The top coat paint 7a is mainly clear paint which is transparent, but metallic paint, varnish paint, enamel paint or the like may be used. E is a coating layer curing step, which is performed using a gas burner, an infrared heater, a far infrared heater, a high frequency wave, or an ultraviolet lamp. As shown in FIG. 2 (d), the hard base material 1 coated through these steps has the coating film thickness of the undercoating paint layer 6 regularly changed in each recess 5, and the thickness of the undercoating paint layer 6 depends on this thickness. The shading of the color is generated, and the uneven pattern 3 becomes a shadow formed by receiving a light ray, and the three-dimensional effect is significantly improved. Moreover, the color of the rigid substrates 1, a shadow due to the color of the primer coating layer 6 is consistent with the uneven pattern 3, it becomes more design properties related to improved and mutual design property due to the unevenness pattern 3 is improved.

It is also possible to apply the topcoat paint 7a after the undercoat paint layer is cured and the undercoat paint layer is cured to some extent. In this case, even if the topcoat paint 7a is applied at a high pressure like spraying, the undercoat paint 6a is not mixed with each other, which is preferable. Further, although FIG. 1 shows the concavo-convex processing step A to the paint layer curing step E as continuous steps, the concavo-convex processing step A can be separated. Further, it is also possible to provide a molding step after the paint layer curing step E to form a building panel or the like. Further, the hard base material 1 is usually in the shape of a strip, but it is also possible to use a material that is formed into a cut plate shape or a panel shape.

Feeling is promoted. Since the coating film thickness of the undercoat paint layer is not constant and changes depending on the uneven pattern, the uneven pattern of the hard base material is emphasized, and the three-dimensional effect and the design are greatly improved. Since the coating is performed using the hard base material after the uneven pattern is applied as the surface to be coated, the weather resistance of the hard base material is improved. There are effects and features.
