取ることが不可能となる問題が発生する。<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The cause of the delay in the development of a carpet using filament-shaped polyester fibers is that the dyeability of the polyester fibers is poor. In order to make up for this drawback, a method is usually used in which yarn dyeing is performed at a high temperature of 130 ° C under a high pressure of 1.3 kg / cm 2 G, but the inner and outer layers of the processed yarn filament wrapped in a package are used. It is difficult to obtain a good-quality carpet because the difference in dyeing and the difference in crimping form are observed, and the wound yarn filaments wound around the dregs have dullness and stains. In order to solve these problems and obtain a carpet with a better texture, the polyester-based processed yarn filament for the same purpose can be continuously steamed in a tension-free state before dyeing.
By heat-treating at 90-130 ° C, latent crimps are expressed in advance to give volume and form stabilization, and the morphology of the yarn in the dyeing process that is subsequently processed is stabilized. It is a well-known formula that the uniformity of dyeing can be secured. (This prescription will be referred to as pre-bulking.) In this process, the processed yarn filaments are 90 to 130 ° C in a continuous skein state so that they are folded without tension.
However, due to the crimp development during this heat treatment, the yarn is entangled and it is not possible to continuously wind it into the package. A possible problem arises.

As the false twist condition in this case, the false twist number is a normal level. Set to 50-90% of the (However, Dr is the yarn fineness after drawing, and DE is the breaking elongation of the undrawn yarn). The false twist set heat heater temperature is relatively low, preferably 200 ° C or lower, particularly 150 to 180
It is desirable that the temperature be stable to obtain a low crimp. Further, in order to satisfy the crimping characteristics required for the carpet, a high temperature heat treatment is performed at 200 ° C. or higher, preferably 230 to 250 ° C. with a second stage heater. At that time, the aux feed rate is preferably about 10%. Also, set the false twist speed to a lower value. By such a method, a false twist textured yarn having physical properties suitable for the carpet pile yarn of the present invention can be obtained.

Since the carpet using the filament yarn is dyed in a state of being wound on cheese or crepe or after being carpeted, it is required that the crimped state is not greatly changed under the dyeing condition. In order to meet such requirements, the polyester filament yarn must have a K 1 value of 15% or less as measured by the above method. When the K 1 value exceeds 15%, the crimpability is large, and the finished carpet becomes felt and becomes hard, which is completely unsuitable as a carpet pile yarn.
It is more preferably 5 to 10%. At the same time, the filament yarn must have a boiling water shrinkage of 4% or less. When the boiling water shrinkage exceeds 4%, the crimped state changes greatly under the dyeing condition, and the special low crimpability required for the pile yarn of the carpet cannot be maintained. More preferably, the boiling water shrinkage is 3% or less.

If it exceeds, the yarn is entangled when crimping occurs in the pre-bulk unwinding process, and subsequent winding is difficult, and it becomes substantially impossible to pre-bulk unwind. More preferably 20T / m

The fibers constituting the filament yarn obtained from this point may have a round cross section, but have atypical cross sections such as a triangular cross section, a square cross section, a flat cross section, a U-shaped cross section, a V-shaped cross section, a W-shaped cross section, and a hollow cross section. It is preferable that the so-called bright polymer, which does not substantially contain a pigment typified by titanium oxide, is used as the polymer constituting the yarn.

As a result, the dyeability is naturally darkened and a desirable result is obtained, but it is difficult to improve the dyeability as much as dyeing under normal pressure. In order to improve this dyeability, it is preferable to modify the polyethylene terephthalate polymer. As a specific method thereof, a method using polyethylene phthalate obtained by copolymerizing sulfoisophthalic acid or the like can be mentioned.
The modification ratio of sulfoisophthalic acid is generally 2 mol% or more, and particularly preferably 3 to 5 mol%. It is possible to use a polybutylene terephthalate polymer instead of the polyethylene terephthalate polymer, but in that case, a temperature condition lower than the temperature condition specified by the method of the present invention must be adopted. With respect to the degree of darkening, a sulfoisophthalic acid-modified polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer has a great effect, and dispersion and anti-dyeing with both cationic dyes are possible.
