挿脱可能な筒状長尺柄5を形成し、これら前部管体2と
後部管体3とを中継体6にて継脱自在に接続せしめ、前
記筒状長尺柄5に挿入した前部駆動力伝達部材7の先端
部を鋏1の可動刃8に、また後部駆動力伝達部材9の後
端部を操作レバー4の可動把持部20にそれぞれ連結し
たものであって、前部駆動力伝達部材7と後部駆動力伝
達部材9とによつて形成される重合部分13がこの部分
に止着される継具27によって接続されるようにな
し、、前記前部管体2または後部管体3の少なくとも一
方に長手方向適所に所定間隔を存して数個の透孔11を
設け、かつ前記中継体6に押圧作動部12を装着し、こ
の押圧作動部12を前記透孔11に貫通して前部管体2
及び後部管体3を所望の伸縮長さに対応した長手方向の
位置に拘束せしめると共に押圧作動部12を前記継具2
7に対向させて両駆動力伝達部材7,9を押圧ロツクす
