(Prior Art) When lying on a bed for a long period of time, it is often found that the part corresponding to the bedding is unconsciously pressed to cause blood circulation disorder, and a pressure ulcer, so-called bed-rubbing symptom appears, which is fatal to the sick person. The current situation is that hospitals and homes are having difficulty dealing with such treatment.

In order to prevent or treat this bedsores, it is important to avoid long-term local pressure and to change the sleeping position, use a flexible cushion bed, and use it by a nurse's hand or special A method of using a rolling bed to change the position of the sick person is used. However, although this method is effective in preventing floor rubs, it is not very effective when floor rubs have already occurred, and rather has the opposite effect when using soft cushioning bedding. In consideration of these circumstances, the present inventor previously found that the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-43195 or the Japanese Patent Publication No.
As disclosed in the publication, a mat suitable for preventing floor abrasion due to air outflow and for treating floor abrasion is provided.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the mat described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-43195, a small amount of air continuously leaks from the inside of the air mat, which is effective in preventing or treating floor rubs. However, on the other hand, it has a weak supportive force for the body and has a drawback that the inside of the mat must be maintained at an excessively high air pressure. The mat described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-4524 has the advantage that an excessive air pressure is not required and a small amount of air can be effectively used, but it is generally used because the mat production cost increases. At present, there is a demand for a mat which is not necessarily suitable for household use and which is easy to use and is convenient for preventing floor rubs and treating.

(Operation) During use, air is supplied to the body-supporting air chambers to expand these body-supporting air chambers, and the air supply port is closed by a plug to keep the air chambers in an inflated state with a certain height. Then, the sleeping person is elastically supported by these body-supporting air chambers. If air is supplied to the sub air chamber in this state,
Sub air chamber Air leaks as a breeze from the large number of pores formed in these sub air chambers into the space between adjacent body supporting air chambers, acting on the back and waist of the sleeping person and causing bed sores. It has the effect of preventing or treating bedsores.

At this time, since the sub-air chamber has a lower bulging height than the body-supporting air chamber, a gap is created between the sleeping person and the sub-air chamber supported by the body-supporting air chamber, and the weight of the sleeping person may cause a gap. Even if compressed to the body-supporting air chamber to some extent, the adhesion between the sub-air chamber and the sleeping person is small. Therefore, a large pump is used for outflow of air from the pores formed in the sub-air chamber. It is smoothly and surely performed by a small air supply fan having a small air supply capacity.
