動調合は断念されて、専ら人手による調合を行っていた

合し、予備タンクがこの調液をサブタンクへ送り出すと
いう手段を採用することによって、人が監視していなく
ても、調液の供給に必要な各液剤の調合量を装置自体が
オートマチックに判断して、人手によることなく自動的
に調液を調合を実行して、この調液をコーターに供給す
ることができる。もちろん、この間歇調合機構は、ミキ
サーを備えた調合タンクと、移動式の原料注入用バルブ
と、調合タンクの重量を計測する計量計と、計量計の計
