If you put it in, the artificial stone can be preformed into a flat plate shape, and while this preform is still soft, it is transferred to the forming die together with the thin plate and pressed by the auxiliary die, so that the bending part of the forming part of the forming die has the same shape. A stepped plate-shaped artificial stone product having a can be manufactured as an integrated structure without joining in the middle, but at that time, it was provided at the tip of the protruding corner of the bent portion which is the auxiliary mold portion. The protruding part comes into contact with the center of the corner of the bent part on the back surface of the preform and further presses the auxiliary mold, pressing the preform in the front side direction while forming a concave part here and securely in the molding part of the molding die. Along with, forming a beautiful bending line.

体成形品として容易に得ることができ、製品の品位向上
及び作業効率の向上が図れる。By forming a concave portion in the bent portion of the back surface of the preform by the protrusion provided at the tip of the protruding corner of the bent portion forming the molding portion of the auxiliary mold having the pressing portion, the corner portion of the bent portion of the back surface is formed. Since the material does not deviate, it is easy to press the bent corners of the preform from the back so that it fits along the molding die and easily form a neat bending line of the desired shape in a single operation. Since it is possible to deal with sharp bending lines, it is possible to easily obtain a stepped plate-shaped artificial stone product with a bent portion as an integrally molded product without processing and joining, improving product quality and improving work efficiency. Can be improved.

する段付平板一体構造の人造石製品の製造装置。1. A molding die having a molding portion formed in a shape corresponding to the surface shape of a product, a flat plate-like temporary receiving plate which is removably arranged above the molding die, and placed on the upper surface of the temporary receiving plate. A flexible thin plate, a partitioning frame made of an elastic material that is temporarily fixed to the peripheral portion of the upper surface of the thin plate and forms a pool for filling the thin plate with the molding material, and the molding part of the molding die. In a manufacturing apparatus for an artificial stone product, which comprises a molding part and an auxiliary mold having a pressing part having a similar shape, the bending part forming the molding part of the auxiliary mold having the pressing part is projected. An apparatus for manufacturing an artificial stone product having a stepped flat plate integrated structure having a bent portion, characterized in that a protrusion is provided at a tip of a corner portion.
