一体に取り付けて用いることもでき、さらにベルト22に
直接賦形凹凸4を設けてベルト22自体で下型1を形成さ
せることもできる。また、上記実施例では賦形凹凸4や
成形凹凸8をそれぞれ断面波形に形成して、波形セメン
ト瓦Aを製造する方法について説明したが、賦形凹凸4
や成形凹凸8の断面形状は波形に限定されるものではな

給されたセメント成形材料は成形ロールによって押圧さ
れ、突条と凹条とによって形成される下型の賦形凹凸に
よってセメント成形材料の下面を賦形しつつ成形できる
と共に凹環条と突環条とによって形成される成形ロール
の成形凹凸によってセメント成形材料の上面を賦形しつ
つ成形できることになり、セメント成形材料の賦形する
と同時に成形をおこなうことができて生産性良くセメン
ト瓦の製造をおこなうことができるものである。また、
セメント成形材料の上面は一本の成形ロールで賦形しつ
つ成形することができるものであり、上面の成形を一本
の成形ロールだけでおこなうことができて装置の構成が
簡単になると共に、しかも平行に対向される成形ロール

一定の厚みで成形することができ、このように装置の構
