(Prior Art) When knitting a tricot knitted fabric using an ordinary warp knitting tricot machine, due to the structure of the tricot machine, the knitting needle width and the knitting fabric take-up width are usually a relation of knitting needle width ≧ knitting fabric take-up width. It is in. In addition, the knitting fabric winding tension has a relationship that the central part of the knitted fabric> the edge part of the knitted fabric.
Due to such a situation, the knitted fabric loosens in the knitted fabric ears, and the winding tension of the knitted fabric ears is weak, which causes ear curl, and the existing knitting part is also affected by the knitting operation of the knitted fabric when the tricot knitted fabric is knitted. And knitting defects such as yarn breakage, guide hitting, cover defects, and warp yarn slack are exhibited. Half structure (front reed 1-0 / 2-3 back reed 1-0 / 1-2) satin structure (front reed 1-0 / 3-4 back reed 1-0 / 1-2)
1 × 4 satin structure (front reed 1-0 / 4-5 back reed 1
-0 / 1-2) and the like also occur in the knitting structure of two reeds and the knitting structure of three reeds. Caused the occurrence of a knitting defect in the ear.

In order to prevent the occurrence of such knitting defects at the ears, the number of revolutions of the tricot knitting machine is reduced to reduce productivity, or the knitting needle cloth and the beam width are adjusted as much as possible to change the cloth quality to improve the knitted fabric quality. Was being implemented.

Examples of the elastic fiber thread in the present invention include polyester elastomer elastic thread, polyamide elastomer elastic thread, polyurethane elastomer elastic thread, fluorine elastomer elastic thread, synthetic rubber-like elastic thread such as polycarbonate elastomer elastic thread, and the like. Elastic threads are preferred. Examples of the polyurethane elastomer include a polyurethane diol obtained by reacting a polymer diol such as polyester diol, polyether diol, polycarbonate diol with a polyisocyanate, a low molecular chain extender, and optionally a terminal terminating agent. The elastic fiber yarn may be used as a bare yarn or a covering yarn, but a bare yarn is preferable in terms of tension. The elastic fiber yarns are arranged on one to several knitting needles of a reed knitting reed corresponding to the ears. In this case, when the back reed of two reeds or three reeds is a swing knit, the elastic fiber yarn is arranged on the back reed due to the structure of the knitting machine. However, when the back reed is not the swing knit, but the insert knit, the back reed is arranged on the reed having the smaller swing width of the swing knit of the front reed or the middle reed to restrain the elastic fiber yarn. In this case, the swing direction of the back reed and the swing direction of the front reed may be the same direction or different directions. Also, the denier value of the elastic fiber yarn Must satisfy the following expression (1).

Formula (1) However, Represents the total denier conversion value of the yarn used in each reed of the warp knitting machine, and N represents the number of reeds used in the warp knitting machine. When the denier value of the elastic fiber yarn is smaller than that of the expression (1), sufficient elastic force cannot be obtained, the ear portion of the knitted fabric cannot be sufficiently held, and curling or ear loosening occurs. Further, when the denier value of the elastic fiber yarn is larger than the expression (1), curl and ear slack do not occur at the time of knitting the knitted fabric, but ear double blister occurs during dyeing and finishing, which is a defect of the finished knitted fabric. The ground yarn that constitutes the knitted fabric may be of any type that is commonly used, and may be appropriately determined depending on the intended final product of the knitted fabric.

Comparative Example 2 A satin knitted fabric was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the polyurethane elastic yarn bare yarn was not arranged. With respect to the satin knitted fabrics obtained in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, the number of knitting defects at the time of knitting at 1000 m and the quality of the ears of the finished fabric are evaluated.

However, the position of the ear parts of the finishing cloth, such as fogging, warp yarn sagging, and curl of the ears, is visually determined. As is clear from Table 1, Example 1 and Example 2 have few knitting defects,
The finished fabric had good ear parts, and the knitting machine could rotate at a high speed. In Comparative Example 1, the knitting defects were few, but the finished fabric had poor ear parts, and Comparative Example 2 had knitting. There were many defects.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the method of the present invention, since the elastic fiber yarn is arranged in the ear portion of the knitted fabric, the elastic force of the elastic fiber yarn reduces the looseness of the ear portion of the knitted fabric, and It also prevents the occurrence of curl.
In addition, the ears that are knitted with elastic fiber yarns have less curl at the ears, have higher knitting fabric tension in the ears, and reduce the difference in knitting fabric tension between the center of the knitting fabric and the ears. Thread break in the section,
It is possible to obtain a warp knitted fabric in which the occurrence of knitting defects such as warp looseness, guide contact, and cover flaws is extremely small.
