いものになってしまうことは想像に難くない。念のた
め、本発明者が12V6Ahのバッテリー(YUASA−NP6−12:
商品名:湯浅電池(株)製)を利用して、重量80kgの門
扉を一つの自走車輪にて駆動するテストを行ったとこ
ろ、2,9mの距離を6往復したところでストップしてしま
った。6回の往復ごとに補充電を行なうとなると大変不
便なことであり、また、ほとんど使い切ってしまったバ
ッテリーに対し完全に充電を行なうには相当の長時間を
要するので、実用的でないことが立証された。また、前
記充電式自走電動扉においては、門扉の重量を利用して
バネ等によりタイヤを床面に強く押圧するとあるよう
に、一般に門扉は、門扉が必然的に持つセキュリティー
性から相当な重量を有するように造られており、そのた
め、門扉を支える車輪は床面又は案内レールとの摩擦抵
抗を考慮して鋼鉄製か或いは大きい凹凸溝を有する硬質
タイヤよりなる。このような車輪が床面や案内レール上
を移動するため、門扉は床面や案内レール上を振動しな
