A conventional floor structure material includes a plurality of lattice materials, a plurality of support materials, and a deck plate. The support member is formed by alternately forming flat skirt portions and chevron portions, and the flat skirt portions are fixed to the deck plate. The lattice member is formed by connecting the upper chord member and the lower chord member with a bending member, and the upper chord member is supported by the chevron portion of the support member in an orthogonal state.

The upper chord member of the lattice material and the chevron portion of the supporting material are fixed by welding, but the lattice material is in a suspended state and thus has poor stability. For this reason, there is a risk that the lattice material may fall or bend when an operator climbs up to the floor structural material during construction.

Further, when the worker moves on the floor structural material, it is necessary to provide a road board. Furthermore, since the lattice material is unidirectional, there is a problem that concrete cracks occur between the lattice materials.

The floor structure material of the present invention has a pair of lattice members in which upper chord members and lower chord members are connected by bending members, and each upper chord member is connected by a corrugated member and both ends of each upper chord member and lower chord member are paired. A box girder with a gate-shaped cross section is formed by connecting with the gate-shaped end fixing material of the box girder, and a plurality of box girders are placed on the deck plate of a size that the gate-shaped end fixing material at both ends of this box girder protrudes. Are arranged side by side and joined via a spacer.

A horizontal truss is formed by the upper chord member of the pair of lattice members and the corrugated member, and both ends of the pair of lattice members are positioned and fixed by the gate-shaped end portion fixing member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the lattice material from falling down or bending. Further, the horizontal truss allows the worker to walk on the floor structure without using the road board. Further, the corrugated material reinforces the space between the lattice materials and prevents cracking of concrete in this portion.

The box girder 1 includes a pair of lattice members 4, 4 in which an upper chord member 5 and a lower chord member 6 are connected by a bending member 7, a corrugated member 8, and a pair of substantially C-shaped gate-shaped end portions in which an end portion 9a is bent inward. It consists of fixing materials 9,9. Specifically, each upper chord member 5, 5 is a corrugated member 8
Both ends of each upper chord member 5, 5 are supported by the upper side of the pair of gate-shaped end portion fixing members 9, 9. Further, both ends of each lower chord member 6, 6 are fixed to the inside of the pair of gate-shaped end fixing members 9, 9 to form the box girder 1 having a gate-shaped cross section. In this case, the joining position of the upper chord member 5 and the corrugated member 8 is located between the joining positions of the upper chord member 5 and the bending member 7. All the joints are fixed by welding. The spacer 2 is formed by alternately forming a mountain-shaped portion 10 having a flat top portion and a flat skirt portion 11. The deck plate 3 is formed by pressing a steel plate to form the chevron portion 10 of the spacer 2.
And the concave portion and the convex portion are provided in parallel so as to correspond to the flat skirt portion 11,
The side edges are bent. The length of the deck plate 3 in the direction of the uneven portion is formed to be slightly shorter than the length of the box girder 1, so that the gate-shaped end portion fixing material 9 protrudes from the deck plate 3.

Next, a procedure for assembling the floor structure material will be described. First, the flat skirt portions 11 of the spacer 2 are welded to the convex portions of the deck plate 3 at a predetermined interval. Next, spacer 2
The lower chord member 6 is placed on the top of the chevron portion 10 so as to be orthogonal to and welded to join the box girder 1. At this time, the gate-shaped end fixing members 9 provided at both ends of the box girder 1 are made to protrude from the deck plate 3 so that the end 9a of the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 and the deck plate 3 are substantially at the same level. Further, in this case, two box girders 1 are arranged side by side, but the number of box girders 1 is not limited to this.

FIG. 5 shows an example of construction of this floor structure material at a construction site. That is, the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 of the floor structure and the edge of the deck plate 3 located inside the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 are placed on the beam 12 and welded. Then, in the vicinity of the beam 12 to which the floor structural material is connected, a mesh-shaped wire net 15 is placed from above the lattice material 4. The wire mesh 15 is composed of an upper connecting bar 16 joined along the upper chord member 5 and an upper force distributing bar 17 orthogonal to the upper connecting bar 16. In this case, since the corrugated member 8 and the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 are fixed to the lower surface of the upper chord member 5 of the lattice member 4, the wire net 15 is easy to be placed and the stability is high. Further, the lower chord members 6 and 6 are tied with a lower end connecting bar 18 by a wire. The lower end connecting bar 18 is placed on the chevron portion 10 of the spacer 2. The lower end connecting bar 18 is easily placed by flattening the top of the chevron section 10 (second
Figure). Further, at a position away from the beam 12, an upper end force distribution bar 19 placed on the upper chord member 5 and a lower end force distribution bar 20 placed on the lower chord member 6 are attached. Since the lower end force distribution bar 20 needs to be passed through the lattice material 4 at the construction site, it may be installed in the factory in advance. The beam 12 is the concrete formwork 13
In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the end 9a of the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 is fixed with the nail 14. Further, in this embodiment, since the end 9a of the gate-shaped end fixing member 9 is provided in the beam 12 direction, the beam 12 can be laid even if the width of the beam 12 is narrow. The end 9a may be bent outward to form a hat shape. Further, when the floor structural material is transported, the gate-shaped end portion fixing material 9 serves as a gripping portion, which facilitates transportation.

Also, after laying the floor structure material, when the worker walks on the floor structure material, the horizontal truss formed by the upper chord members 5, 5 of the pair of lattice members 4, 4 and the corrugated material 8 becomes the road plate. Instead. Along with this horizontal truss, a pair of lattice members 4, 4 with the gate-shaped end fixing member 9
Since both ends of the lattice member are positioned and fixed, the lattice member 4 does not fall or bend. Moreover, the corrugated material 8 can prevent concrete cracks from being generated between the lattice materials 4, 4.

According to the floor structure material of the present invention, a horizontal truss is formed by the upper chord member and the corrugated member of the pair of lattice members, and both ends of the pair of lattice members are positioned and fixed by the gate-shaped end portion fixing member. Does not fall or bend when walking on the floor structure. Further, the horizontal truss allows the worker to walk on the floor structure without using the road board. Furthermore, the corrugated material reinforces the space between the lattice materials and prevents cracks from occurring at this portion.
