2. Description of the Related Art As a showcase in which the front surface is opened and the opening is closed by an air curtain of forced circulation cold air flow, there is, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-14988. In particular, FIG. 2 of this publication discloses a technique of forming a step on the top wall of a partition plate forming a cool air passage so that the height increases from the rear to the front, and forming a hole in this step. I will. This hole keeps the temperature of the top wall of the partition plate near the outlet of the cool air above the dew point temperature of the indoor cool air to prevent dew condensation on the top wall. It is intended to guide you to.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the example shown in FIG. 2 of the above publication, since the holes are formed in a surface that is substantially perpendicular to the flow direction of the cool air, the cold air passage leads to the storage chamber. When increasing the amount of cold air blown directly out, it is necessary to increase the height of the vertical surface, in other words, the height between the top shelf and the top wall of the partition plate to provide this hole. It is necessary to reduce the length at least by the length of the hole in the vertical direction, which causes a problem of reducing the effective volume in the refrigerator. In particular, when a plurality of steps are to be formed, the effective volume in the refrigerator will be reduced correspondingly to the number of steps, and there is a danger that the reduction method cannot be ignored.

On the other hand, by setting the size of this hole small, it can be made small as a limiting element in the height direction, but if it is made too small, the hole guides cool air to the storage chamber and conversely the storage is done. There is a problem that the air in the room is pulled (so-called ejector), and the original purpose of preventing condensation cannot be achieved.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is directed to a heat insulating wall having an opening formed in the front surface, a cool air passage in which a partition plate is arranged with an appropriate interval from the heat insulating wall, and a cooler and a blower are installed, and an opening. A low-temperature showcase that has an air outlet formed in the upper rear part and a blower opening formed in the lower rear part, forcing cool air to flow from the air outlet toward the suction port and forming an air curtain behind the opening The top wall of the partition plate has a step surface, an upper step surface connected to the upper end of the step surface on the leeward side, and a lower step surface connected to the lower end of the step surface on the leeward side. A plurality of holes are formed in this step so as to extend over at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface and the step surface, and a part of the cool air flowing through the cool air passage is provided on the lower surface of the storage chamber top wall. It was designed to lead to.

Since the holes are formed so as to extend over at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the step formed on the ceiling wall of the working cold air passage and the step surface, it is assumed that the opening area is the same and only on the step surface. The height of the step surface is smaller than that in the case where the hole is formed, and the reduction amount of the internal volume due to the step is reduced. Further, even at the intersection of the vertical cross section and the step surface, the cold air guided through the hole into the refrigerator easily flows, and the stagnation of air that is not affected by the flow of the cold air is less likely to be formed on the ceiling wall portion.

In the upper case 4, the front end of the bottom wall of the heat insulating wall 3 is substantially centered on the upper surface of the lower case 7, and the rear end of the bottom wall is projected rearward from the back wall of the heat insulating wall 6 of the lower case 7. The space K is formed so that its side walls communicate with each other. Then, using the space K described above, a drain pipe 43 for guiding the drainage of the upper case 4 to the machine room 40 may be installed. In this example, a part of the air (this is called warm air) warmed by communicating the space K with the door storage unit 27 and cooling the compressor and the condenser in the machine room passes through the space K to store the door. It is configured to be guided to the part 27. Reference numeral 44 is a cover attached so as to form a space K so as to cover more than half of the rear surface opening of the lower case 7, and an exhaust port 45 is formed in the upper portion thereof.

Next, the structure near the outlet of the upper case 4 will be described. The front end of the transparent window (outlet window) 22 fixed to the front end of the heat insulating wall 3 of the upper case 4 is attached to the door supporting frame 23 which also serves as a door support. As a result, the opening 2 of the upper case 4, which is formed by the door contact frame 23, is closed by the transparent door 11 which is pivotally supported by the hinge 10. Then, on the top wall 12A of the partition plate 12, a step surface 52, an upper step surface 51A continuous to the upper end of the step surface 52 and located on the leeward side, and a lower step surface 51B continuous to the lower end of the step surface 52 and located on the windward side. Is provided with a step 53 having a plurality of holes having an appropriate shape (in this example, a circular shape) so as to straddle both the step surface 52 and at least one of the upper surface 51A and the lower surface 51B. 54 is formed.

The plurality of holes 54 partition a part of the cool air passing through the cool air passage 19.
From the cold air passage 19 to the storage room 16 along the lower surface of the top wall 12A of 12
It is to prevent the dew from being generated on the lower surface of the ceiling wall by guiding it to the side, and by forming a hole 54 across the upper and lower cross-sections 51A and 51B and the step surface 52, the step surface is formed. Even when the opening area is the same, the height of the same surface can be made smaller than the case where the holes are formed, and the storable height in the storage chamber 16 can be made larger than in the conventional case. Further, in the conventional case, at the intersection of the upper surface 51A and the step surface 52, cold air did not flow and air stagnant in the air was generated, but by forming the hole 54 as in this example, Cold air easily flows into the intersection, and stagnation of air is less likely to form.

In addition, between the same surface 51 in the front row of the step and the outlet port 20,
In order to reduce the flow rate on the outlet side of the cold air passage 19, a perforated plate 56 as a rectifying plate is arranged, and the outlet 20 is a main outlet 20A opened downward to form an air curtain,
It consists of an auxiliary outlet 20B slightly opened toward the transparent window 22 to prevent fogging of the transparent window 22, and the width of the main outlet 20A is larger than the width of the opening 2 formed in the door frame 23. It is set, and in this example, it is 20 mm to the left and right of the opening width.
It is formed to a large extent.

According to the above configuration, the step surface 52 formed on the top wall 12A of the partition plate 12, the upper step surface 51A continuous to the upper end of the step surface 52 and located on the leeward side, and the lower end of the step surface 52. Hole 54 so that it straddles both lower surface 51B located on the windward side.
Therefore, even if the holes have the same opening area, the length of the step surface in the height direction can be reduced as compared with the case where the hole is formed only on the step surface. Further, since a hole is formed so as to straddle the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surface, the cold air introduced into the storage chamber 16 from this hole stagnates air at the intersection of the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surface. It is possible to prevent dew condensation at the intersection where dew condensation is likely to occur.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, a hole is formed so as to extend over both the step surface and at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the step formed on the top wall of the partition plate. Therefore, in the present invention, the height of the step surface can be made smaller than that in the case of forming the holes having the same formation and the same opening area and forming the holes only on the step surface. It is possible to reduce the decrease in the internal volume of the cabinet. In addition, the cold air introduced into the storage chamber through the hole formed across it is the portion where the upper and lower step surfaces and the step surface intersect (so-called corner portion).
It is hard to stagnate and the cool air can be efficiently blown against the lower surface of the ceiling wall, and the occurrence of dew condensation can be prevented.
