小形化に於てブラシの電流密度向上には問題があった。
又、ブラシ押圧用ばねを必要とするため、ブラシホルダ
ーにはそのばねを支持固定するための部材を必要とし、
機械強度の高い金属板が一般的に用いられていた。

ダー取付基板にブラケットとの取付部を設け、それを機

13,13aを収納する凹部1,14aを備え、該うず巻ばね13,13
aの芯部は前記凹部14,14aに支持部材なしに可動自在に
挿入されている。従って、うず巻ばねは凹部14,14aの壁
面を摺動しこの圧力でブラシを整流子4に押圧してい
る。15は固定基板7に設けたねじ穴で前記ブラシホルダ
ー取付基板6をブラケット5にねじ8によって締付固定
している。16は放射線上に形成された放熱フィンで、前
記ブラシホルダー部9,9a間に間隔をおいて複数個設けら
れている。尚前記(−)ブラシ11のピグテール17は固定
基板7に電気的に接合されている。
