However, in such a prior art, the outer peripheral surface of the guide roller abutting on the outer surface of the abdomen of the fish body,
Since it cannot be deformed in accordance with the thickness of the abdominal skin of the fish body, when the thickness of the back portion of the fish body increases, the abdomen pressing guide roller along with the conveyor belt and its belt guide roller are separated from each other. Will be displaced. Further, when the abdominal skin is thinned, the conveyor belts and the belt guide rollers cannot be displaced in a direction in which they approach each other beyond the thickness of the back of the fish body, so that the outer surface of the abdomen is entirely covered. There is a problem that it is not possible to press uniformly across the skin, which causes a portion where the inner surface of the abdominal cavity cannot come into contact with the scraping member, and the internal organs or black skin cannot be reliably removed. .

As shown in FIG. 2, belt guide rollers 6a, 6b that are driven to rotate about a vertical axis are provided near the rotary blade 5 for cutting the abdomen. This belt guide roller 6
The conveyor belts 3a and 3b are fitted and supported on the a and 6b, respectively. The upper ends of the shafts 7a and 7b of the belt guide rollers 6a and 6b are rotatably supported by bearings 8a and 8b around vertical rotation axes, and the bearings 8a and 8b are supported by springs 9. Then, the springs are biased toward each other. As a result, the fish body F is elastically clamped from both sides by the stretched portions 3a1 and 3b1 of the conveyor belts 3a and 3b that are close to each other and face each other. Therefore, when the abdomen Fa is cut by the rotary abdominal cutting rotary blade 5, the fish F does not have to be displaced between the stretched portions 3a1 and 3b1, and the rotary agitator 5 ensures that the fish F is not displaced. Then, the abdomen Fa can be cut in the cranio-caudal direction. Further, even when the size or shape of the fish body F is different due to the above-mentioned stretched portions 3a1 and 3b1 being biased in the direction of approaching each other, the The stretched portions 3a1 and 3b1 can be reliably sandwiched.
In this way, the fish body F whose abdomen Fa has been cut by the abdomen cutting rotary blade 5 is transported to the downstream side in the transport direction A.

The scraping member 25 is disposed in the vicinity of the downstream side in the transport direction A of the closest portion P of the rotary bone cutting blades 26a, 26b. The cross section of the scraping member 25 in the vicinity of the tip of the scraping member 25, which is perpendicular to the axis perpendicular to the conveying direction A, is formed in a substantially inverted V shape, and is cut off near the tip P of the rotary round blades 26a, 26b. The bone Fc and the ribs Fd are scraped by the transportation of the fish body F to the downstream side in the transportation direction A. At this time, the abdominal skins Fb of the fish body F are pressed by the pressing portion 35 of the shaft rod 34 in the directions in which they approach each other, so that the abdominal skins Fb1 and Fb2 are on both side plates 41 of the scraping member 25.
It is in a state of being elastically pressed by the a and 41b, whereby the mid-bone Fc and rib Fd cut by the rotary round blades 26a and 26b are reliably scraped off as described above. It should be noted that above the scraping member 25, that is, above FIG. 5, there is provided a pressing means realized by a roller or the like that elastically presses the back of the fish body F downward. Cage,
The floating of the fish body is prevented during cutting by the rotary round blades 26a, 26b and during the scraping operation by the scraping member 25.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a pair of belt guide rollers and a side pressure roller are provided on both sides of the scraping roller, and each side pressure roller is a cover made of a metal roller body made of a flexible and elastic material. The body is fitted and configured, and the outer peripheral surface of this cover body is
Since it is formed in the shape of a truncated cone that is tapered downward, the cover body is always brought into contact with the abdomen of the fish body regardless of the displacement of each of the conveyor belts and the belt guide rollers in the direction of approaching / separating from each other. The internal surface of the abdominal skin of the abdomen can be brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the scraping roller, which ensures the internal organs and black skin of the abdominal cavity. It is possible to improve the processing quality of the fish body.
