置まで上昇せしめ、かかる位置の製品Wの1/2折り畳み
個所Cを1/2クランプ装置19により挾持して二つ折りに
して所定位置まで上昇せしめるので、1/2折り畳み板13
により上方へ持ち上げた1/2折り畳み個所Cが折り位置
の基準なると共に、1/2に折られた製品Wを垂下せしめ
ているので1/2の折り畳み工程においてもしわ等が発生
しない為、製品Wの仕上がりを均一に出来、又続いて製
品Wの中央部に1/4押圧板36を押圧せしめながら1/4挾持
コンベア37に挟み込ませ、該1/4挾持コンベア37にて1/1
2折り畳み40に移行せしめ、かかる位置にて製品Wの幅
方向略3等分の中央部をベルト43、43aにより載置板42
上に載置せしめると共に、幅方向の垂下せしめた両側部
を左右の折り畳み板46、47により更に3つに折り畳みせ
しめて1/12に折り畳み、続いて搬出装置53により端部を
挾持せしめて搬送コンベア54上へ搬送せしめたので、1/
4に折り畳みされた製品Wが載置板42に載置されること
により幅方向の垂下せしめた両側部にしわ等が発生した

的にしわ等が取り除かれることにより常に最初の折り畳
