タクリレート#600 0.1〜3重量部(好ましくは1.5重量
部)、水溶性アゾ開始剤(和光純薬製商品名v−50、注
1参照)0.001〜1重量部(好ましくは0.01重量部)を
添加して調合する。この重合処理液にパフ基材を減圧下
で浸漬させ、パフ基材に重合処理液を含浸させた後、85
℃湯浴で50分加熱して、グラフト重合を起こさせる。反
応終了後、水洗し、付着薬品を除き、乾燥することによ

著減する(TBZ残留率74%,ZPT残留率48%)。得られた
パフは最上位の親水性を有し、20回以上の石鹸洗にも耐
