一方の割型スリーブ3のフランジ2の外面上端部に、図
5に示すように上向きのアングル材10の水平辺の両端
部下側に夫々に直角にアングル材11を下向きに且つ外
向きにして水平辺の一端を接合し、その水平辺の他端に
下側に直角折曲げた取付板12を有しその取付板12に
ボルト孔を有する配管固定金具14を、取付板12にて
ボルトナットにて結合した。そしてこの配管固定金具1
