<Prior Art> Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a hairless weather strip. Fig. 1 is a single channel grass run, Fig. 2 is a double channel grass run, Fig. 3 is a sunroof weather strip, and Fig. 4 is a door. It is a glass weather strip outerwear. In these weather strips, a slidable coating film 5 is formed on a sliding contact surface of a base material 4 on which a sliding member such as a door glass 1 and a sunroof 3 slides. This smooth coating 5
Is formed to give good sliding properties, wear resistance, non-burring property (due to pressure bonding to glass for a long time), etc. on the surface to be contacted with the sliding surface, and its coating has wear resistance. Most of the two-component reactive urethane-based paints are excellent.

Therefore, it is conceivable to form the above-mentioned lubricous coating film with a one-liquid solvent-volatile type paint, which is not a two-liquid reaction type, but as mentioned above, good sliding property, abrasion resistance and non-flashing property are obtained. No one has been available which can be applied and has good adhesion to a substrate and can be put to practical use.

<Means for Solving Problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have been keenly able to form a slip coating film satisfying the above-mentioned conditions with a one-liquid solvent-volatile coating composition. As a result of efforts for development, we were able to come up with an automotive weather strip having the following configuration.

The coating film components of the lubricous coating film 5 formed on the sliding contact surface of the substrate 4 are composed of the following (a) straight PVC, (b) nylon resin powder, (c) fluorine resin powder and silicone oil. . The slippery coating film 5 is obtained by applying a coating composition prepared by dissolving the same composition as the coating film components in the following (d) organic solvent to the surface of the base material 4 to be contacted with the sliding material to volatilize the solvent.

(A) The straight PVC having an average degree of polymerization of 400 to 1500 (preferably 600 to 1100) is used. If it is less than 400, the abrasion resistance is poor, and if it is more than 1500, the slipperiness is poor and the solubility in the organic solvent is poor, so that the application work by spraying or the like becomes difficult. The present inventors have found that when PVC is a copolymer with vinyl acetate, the abrasion resistance is lower and the sticking property is higher than that of straight PVC.

(B) Nylon resin powder mainly acts to improve slipperiness, and is 5 to 100 phr with respect to straight PVC.
(Preferably 10 to 50 phr). If it is less than 5 phr, the compounding effect will not be obtained, and if it exceeds 100 phr, the compounding effect cannot be expected to be increased. Instead, the physical properties such as adhesion to the substrate will be adversely affected and the solution stability of the coating composition will be deteriorated. The nylon resin powder has a particle size of 5 to 70 μm. The type of nylon is not limited and may be any of nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 12, and the like.

(C) The silicone oil and the fluorine resin powder have an effect of mainly imparting non-burring property in cooperation with each other, and are 5 to 100 phr (preferably 20 to 80 phr) for straight PVC, respectively. = 0.3 to 2.5. If both are less than 5 phr, the above-mentioned compounding effect will not be exhibited, and addition of 100 phr or more will adversely affect the physical properties of adhesion to the base material and deteriorate the solution stability of the coating composition.
Further, if the former / latter is less than 0.3, the amount of fluorine resin is large and the coating film becomes brittle, and if it exceeds 2.5, a predetermined non-sticking property cannot be imparted. The fluorine resin powder is
A particle size of 5 to 50 μm is used. Examples of the fluorine resin include tetrafluoroethylene resin, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene resin, trifluoroethylene chloride resin, vinylidene fluoride resin and the like. Examples of the silicone oil include dimethyl corn oil, methyl chloride silicone oil, methylhydrogen silicone oil, methylphenyl silicone oil, fluorosilicone, etc., and those having a viscosity of 100,000 to 100,000 cSt are used.

A paint whose viscosity has been adjusted appropriately with an organic solvent is applied to the surface of the base material 4 to be contacted with a sliding member by means of spraying, depping, rolls, brushes, etc., and then left alone at room temperature for about 10 minutes. It is set to 0 μm. In addition, a dispersant and an inorganic filler such as carbon black may be added to the above paint, if necessary.

<Operations and Effects of the Invention> The automotive weather strip of the present invention, as described above,
The sliding coating formed on the sliding contact surface of the PVC base material is based on straight PVC, with nylon resin powder, fluororesin powder, and silicone oil mixed in, and the latter two have a specific mixing ratio. By using a film component, the following operational effects are exhibited.

(A) Since the coating film component of the present invention can be treated as a one-component solvent-volatile paint, the problem that occurred in the two-component reaction curing type like the conventional urethane type is the need for a two-component system. , The pot life is short, and the necessity of the normal heat curing process is eliminated.
