である。In FIG. 3 (a), the press-molded punching ring (about 5 mmφ in FIG. 2 (a)) is put into a barrel polishing machine 21 together with an abrasive, a surfactant and water, and barrel polishing is performed. Then, burrs and the like generated during punching are removed. Then, in FIG. 3 (b), it is transferred to the net basket 22 together with the abrasive and the punching ring is washed with water to wash away the abrasive and the like. Next, in FIG. 3C, the main cleaning is performed by the cleaning device 23. This cleaning device 23 includes an ultrasonic wave infiltration chamber 23.
A, a steam cleaning chamber 23B, a drying chamber 23C, a storage chamber 23D, and an exhaust chamber 23E. The punching ring in the mesh basket 22 passes through the chambers in the direction of the arrow from the bottom to perform main cleaning. That is,
In the ultrasonic agitation chamber 23A, cleaning is performed in an agitation state in an organic solvent that is ultrasonically agitated by the oscillator 23AA, and the adhered fine foreign matters and fats and oils are removed. In the steam cleaning chamber 23B, since the floating foreign matter in the cleaning solvent adheres to the surface of the punching ring, shower cleaning and steam cleaning are performed with the clean solvent from the injection pipe 23BA. In the drying chamber 23C, the vaporized solvent is cooled and condensed by the cooling pipe 23CA, and the punching ring is dried. The vaporized solvent is kept in the storage chamber 23D until the vaporized solvent becomes less than the allowable amount, and the vaporized solvent is removed in the exhaust chamber 23E to take out the washed punching ring. Thus, in the main polishing, at least ultrasonic cleaning of an organic solvent and shower and steam cleaning with a clean organic solvent are combined to perform complete cleaning.

Brought to 23A. The specific gravity of the organic solvent is heavier than that of water, and the water is accumulated in the upper layer of the cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic wave infiltration chamber 23A. When the net basket 22 moves to the steam cleaning chamber 23B, the accumulated water adheres to the punching ring again. This water will be washed away in the next steam cleaning chamber 23B, but if this water is too much, that portion will remain as a stain. Therefore, after the main cleaning, a visual inspection must be performed and, if necessary, re-cleaning must be performed, which causes a problem that the cleaning process becomes complicated.

In the method for cleaning a pressed product, before the main cleaning, the product is charged from one of the two parts of the organic solvent-containing cleaning tank in which the upper part of the tank is divided into two parts and the lower part of the tank is connected, and then the product is added in the lower part of the connected part. Is moved to the other half, and then the product is pulled up and pre-washed.

Then, move the product in the lower part of the communicating tank and move it to the other half, and if you pull up the product after that, it will be taken out from the other side where water is not accumulated, and it will be a preliminary cleaning that removes water and prevents re-adhesion. .

Is divided into one cleaning section 3 and the other take-out section 4. However, this section is only in the upper part of the pre-cleaning tank 1, and there is a cavity 5 in the lower part of the tank for communication. The inside of the tank is filled with the organic solvent 7. In the above pre-cleaning tank 1, first, a net basket containing barrel polishing products.
22 is submerged in one washing part 3 in the direction and washed. Then, it passes through the cavity 5 in the direction to reach the other take-out portion 4. Then, take out the basket 22 in the direction. Further, a support pipe 6 which also serves as an air pipe can be put into the cleaning unit 3. The net basket 22 can be placed on the support pipe 6 and sunk in the cleaning unit 3. When the support pipe 6 is moved in the direction, it can also be moved to the take-out unit 4. Take-out part 4
The net basket 22 is lifted by a lift member (not shown). Further, an air nozzle is provided at the lower bifurcation of the support pipe 6.
6A is provided, and the organic solvent 7 is generated by the jet of air.
To enhance the cleaning effect. A drain valve 8 is provided above the cleaning unit 3 so that the upper layer of the organic solvent 7 can be discharged.

In particular, water does not dissolve in the organic solvent and accumulates on the surface layer of the organic solvent due to the difference in specific gravity. For example, if the organic solvent is 1,1,1-trichloroethane, its specific gravity is 1.345, which is considerably heavier than water. However, the accumulated water does not reach the take-out section 4 by the partition plate 2, and the net basket 22 containing the barrel-polished product is taken out from the clean take-out section 4. Therefore, when taken out, water does not adhere to the barrel-polished product again. Further, the water on the surface layer of the cleaning unit 3 is appropriately discharged by the drain valve 8. The operation of →→ in the first drawing can be automated by an appropriate means, and the partition plate 2 can also be moved vertically and horizontally.

It is a barrel-polished product to which the method of the present invention is applied. However, not only the barrel-polished product but also the sheet-shaped pressed product 10 shown in FIG. A large number of the sheet-shaped pressed products 10 are stacked on the wire 11 and washed in the preliminary cleaning tank 1 shown in FIG. By stirring and washing by jetting air, the adhesion between the sheets is separated, and the oils and fats existing between them are washed away with the organic solvent, and when taken out from the relatively clean take-out section 4, foreign substances floating in the organic solvent are less attached. .

Before the main cleaning, the product is introduced from one of the two halves of the organic solvent-containing rinsing tank in which the tank upper part is bisected and the tank lower part is in communication, and then the product is moved in the communicating tank lower part and the other is bisected. After that, the product is lifted up and pre-cleaned. In this pre-cleaning, water is accumulated on one surface layer and water is not accumulated on the other surface layer, and water is reattached by pulling from the other surface. Since the pre-cleaning prevents the occurrence of the above, the main cleaning is surely performed, and it is possible to eliminate stains and eliminate the need for re-cleaning.
