は、きついはめ合いを保ってパッキンケースcに収めら
れ、ピストン駆動機構で駆動される摺動軸dにより帯状

ものに於て、該一対の支持部材に該帯状材の長さ方向に
長い長孔を夫々設け、該長孔にロールで構成した圧接部
材を夫々軸支させ、該バルブケース内の該帯状材に密接
した両圧接部材の周面と対向する位置に、該帯状材の通
過口を有し且つ各圧接部材のロールの曲率に略等しい曲
面を有する弁座を設けることにより、前記目的を達成す

面と帯状材の間、及び該周面と弁座の間は無理なく完全
に遮断され、大気側と真空側との間が真空シールされ

支持部材が移動し、該圧接部材のバランスを崩すことな
く簡単安価な駆動装置で支持部材を往復動させ得られ、
該圧接部材は帯状材と弁座に回転接触してシールするの
