Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve the problem, the present invention includes a heat exchanger, a fan motor, and a filter, and a control device that counts an operating time of the fan motor. Operation With this configuration, when the air conditioner starts operation, the time starts to be counted in the control device, and if the filter is cleaned before the time expires, it is for forced time-up provided in the control device after cleaning. EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a main body 1 of an air conditioner. Inside the main body 1, a heat exchanger 2 and a fan motor 3 for ventilating air therethrough are installed. The fan motor 3 for ventilating the heat exchanger 2 takes in outside air from a suction port 9 provided below the main body of the air conditioner. A filter is provided between the suction port 9 and the fan motor 3 to remove dust and dirt (not shown) that enter the main body together with the outside air. A control device connected to the fan motor 3 by a lead wire 5 is installed above the main body 1.
Inside the control device 6, a counter (not shown) for integrating the operating time of the fan motor 33, a filter sign display lamp 8 and a forced time-up operation switch 7 are installed. Further, control means (not shown) for controlling the counter, the filter sign display lamp 8 and the forced time-up operation switch 7 are also connected to the control device 6 and are provided in the room.

In the above configuration, in order to operate the main body 1, the controller 6 issues a command to the fan motor 3 through the lead wire 5. The fan motor that receives the command takes in outside air from the suction port 9 as shown by the arrow. The outside air passes through the filter 4 in the process of being swept into the fan motor 3, and at this time, dust and dust contained in the outside air are removed here. In actual use, in an air conditioner, the clogging of the filter 4 due to dust and dirt deteriorates the flow of air (indicated by the arrow in the figure), and the amount of air passing through the heat exchanger 2 also decreases. In order to prevent this, the filter 4 is regularly cleaned, but the counter built in the control device 6 controls the movement of the fan motor 3 through the lead wire 5 and the control device 6 manages it.
It is possible to count only the time when the fan motor 3 is actually moving. This counter is configured such that the count can be forcibly timed up by pressing a forced time-up operation switch installed in the control device 6.

Now, when the user cleans the filter 4 and wants to start the counter again from 0, the operation switch for the forced time-up in the control device 6 may be pressed. That is, if the time-up time is set to 300 hours and the filter 4 is cleaned at 290 hours, the time will be forcibly increased without waiting 100 hours. That is, the count may be reset and restarted on the spot.

This will be described with reference to the chart of FIG. 2. When the time is up (300 hours) in a state where the forced time-up operation switch 7 is not pressed during operation, the filter sign is displayed and reset after cleaning. If the filter is cleaned in 290 hours, it is necessary to count from the beginning after cleaning, so the forced time-up operation switch 7 is pressed, the switch becomes YES, and the filter sign is displayed. After this, if this is reset, the filter sign display will disappear and the count will start from the beginning.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As is apparent from the above description of the embodiment, according to the present invention, the operation switch for forcible time-up is provided in the control device, and it is possible to forcibly time-up the filter sign display by the counter. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the problem that the filter sign is displayed immediately after the cleaning of the filter is finished before the time is up, and it is possible to solve the user's misunderstanding of the incorrect display.

[Claims] 1. A heat exchanger, a fan motor, and a filter having a filter, and a control device for counting the operating time of the fan motor.
