おいて、 上流側逆止弁、該上流側逆止弁の弁室に連通する側路を
介して前記上流側逆止弁と直列に設けられた下流側逆止
弁、前記上流側逆止弁の弁体が配された弁室内の底部に
形成され、前記弁体と連動する弁部によって前記上流側
逆止弁と可逆的に開閉される大気開放口を具備した逆流
防止装置を前記給湯回路に設け、 前記風呂循環回路と前記給湯回路との接続部に前記ポン
プの吸引側と連通する管路を切り換えるための3ポート
を有する三方弁を設け、該三方弁を介して前記給湯回路
と前記風呂循環回路とを接続するとともに、 湯張り動作において前記ポンプの吸引側が前記給湯回路
および前記風呂循環回路の双方に連通するように前記三
方弁を駆動し、前記湯張り動作終了における前記湯張り
弁の閉動作の後に、前記ポンプの吸引側が前記給湯回路
のみと連通するように前記三方弁を駆動した後に前記ポ
ンプを作動させる制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする湯
張り装置。1.
