As shown in FIG. 6, a conventional high withstand voltage reed relay device having a structure that is generally used and has a high withstand voltage and a high speed is a device in which the reed switch 5 is directly installed in the hollow portion of the coil winding frame 1. Insulation deterioration over time due to partial discharge (corona) caused by the concentrated electric field at the contact point at the interface between the sealed tube of the reed switch 5 and the winding frame made of organic material, and the winding of the electrode 14 of the reed switch 5 and the coil 3 Due to the fact that the creepage distance between the wires 2 cannot be sufficiently secured structurally, no consideration was given to the insulation strength, such as dielectric breakdown, in terms of the life under steady use conditions and the withstand capacity during overload. This is because it is difficult for the lead switch 5 to have a high breakdown voltage structurally, and its withstand capacity is limited by the contact gap and its encapsulation method, and the conventional products are mainly used for electronic devices. The insulation strength was insufficient compared to the insulation strength required for electric power equipment.
The present invention intends to obtain a device applicable to electric power equipment by directly utilizing the high-speed operation performance of the reed relay and the current withstand voltage capability of the reed switch, and by strengthening and coordinating the insulation. As a document related to the structure of the conventional reed relay, for example, there is knowledge of reed switch (published by Nippon Hamlin Co., Ltd.).

An object of the present invention is to perform a high-speed switching operation through a higher impedance than a high voltage circuit of a power system without causing dielectric breakdown even when an overvoltage is temporarily applied when the system is abnormal, and in long-term voltage application of a steady voltage. Another object of the present invention is to provide a high withstand voltage reed relay device for electric power that does not cause insulation deterioration.

In this high withstand voltage reed relay device, the high withstand voltage reed relay 6 mechanically protects the reed switch 5 by providing the barrier wall 12 on the winding frame 1 and ensures a sufficient insulation distance between the winding 2 and the external electrode 14. It can be provided and a high withstand voltage can be obtained. Further, by mounting the lead switch 5 in the hollow portion of the winding frame 1 with a gap, the electric field between the lead switch 5 and the winding 2, especially the concentrated electric field of the lead contact 13, is relaxed, and Partial discharge (corona) between the lead switches 5 can be suppressed. Further, by forming the reel 1 from a porcelain or glass made of an insulating inorganic material, it is possible to eliminate deterioration of the insulation of the reel 1 due to corona discharge over time.

Further, since the fixing bush 4 of the lead switch 5 is made of rubber or a plastic elastic insulating material, even if an external force is applied to the external electrode 14 to some extent, the elasticity of the lead switch 5 causes damage to the lead switch 5. Can be absorbed.

For the high breakdown voltage reed relay 6 designed for enhanced insulation, the v-t characteristics of the reed switch 5 are grasped in advance, and the v-
As shown in FIG. 5 with respect to the t characteristic, by providing a discharge gear 8 having a v-t characteristic that discharges below the withstand voltage limit of the lead switch 5 in parallel with the lead contact 13,
Even if an impulsive external surge of extremely high voltage, such as lightning surge or switching surge, is applied to the lead contact 13, the discharge gear 8 pre-discharges below the withstand voltage limit of the lead contact 13 and absorbs the surge energy. In the device configured as described above, the barrier wall 12 mechanically protects the lead switch 5 and strengthens the insulation between the winding 2 and the electrode 14, and a gap is provided between the winding frame 1 and the lead switch 5. To reduce the deterioration of insulation by making the bobbin 1 porcelain by porcelain, and to reduce the shock to the lead switch 5 with the fixed bush 4, and the insulation coordination between the lead contact 13 and the discharge gear 8 to prevent external surges. The reed relay can be applied to high-voltage power equipment by strengthening the insulation and coordinating the insulation while also mechanically protecting the reed switch 5.
