It is well known that the side surface is formed of a plate-shaped transparent body (so-called four-sided glass type showcase), and an example thereof is Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-16621. On the other hand, in order to cover the product storage space with a transparent body having a curved surface, JP-B-39-10268 and JP-B-61-145
There is 283 publication.

Since there is a temperature difference between the glass and dew condensation on the outer surface of the glass, the warm air introduced from the machine room is blown to the outer surface of the glass to prevent dew condensation. It should be noted that each side surface is formed by arranging two flat glasses in parallel with a space therebetween. When forming the glass, a spacer is placed on the edge side of the glass and a frame is coated on the peripheral edge, so that it is easy to maintain a constant interval, and it is not necessary to devise it, but when using curved glass Has
Maintaining the spacing is very troublesome as well as increasing the manufacturing cost, and double arranging glasses exhibiting a cubic surface is not performed in particular.

A large and small upper lid formed of a circular transparent body is rotatably attached, and the large or small upper lid is rotated to open and close the product storage unit. However, since this upper lid is composed of a single plate, it has a poor heat insulating property and a large heat loss as compared with a multi-layer structure. For this reason, it cannot be used for those with severe temperature control zones such as a constant temperature oven where heat loss cannot be ignored in operation control, and no devise has been made in terms of dew prevention. When used as, there is a problem that the outer surface of the upper lid is fogged or exposed to the outside, impairing the see-through property of the displayed product and making it impossible to expect a sufficient display effect.

Since this lid is also made of a single plate, it is not suitable for use in those with a severe temperature control band whose thermal loss cannot be ignored, and no measures have been taken in terms of dew condensation. Not not.

をその課題とする。Therefore, the present invention is a show in which transparent bodies each having a three-dimensional shape are vertically overlapped with each other with a space therebetween to provide heat insulation and a transparent member in which fogging is less likely to occur and a product storage chamber is surrounded by the transparent member. The challenge is to provide the case.

In a showcase in which a ventilation chamber that supplies air to the product storage chamber and supplies air to the product storage chamber is formed below the product storage chamber, the see-through member has a hemisphere each having a lower surface opening. Inner plate / middle plate and outer plate, which have a planar shape and are made of a transparent resin and are arranged in triples with a space between each other, and lower ends of the inner plate and the outer plate along the peripheral edge of the lower surface opening. And a space formed by the inner plate and the middle plate, and a space formed by the outer plate and the middle plate are communicated with each other, and water vapor is passed to a proper place of the inner plate. Providing a showcase with holes To do.

に指向するようにしている。Action Transparent inner plate, middle plate, and outer plate having lower surface openings are arranged in the inner / middle / outer triplet at intervals, and are arranged at the lower ends of the inner and outer plates along the peripheral edge of the lower surface opening. , An air layer is formed between each plate, and by appropriately setting the interval between the plates, heat convection in the air layer is less likely to occur and the heat insulation of the air layer itself is maintained,
The see-through member has a heat insulating property. And, by forming holes for water vapor removal in appropriate places of the inner plate, the water vapor partial pressure of the air in the space surrounding the transparent member and the partial pressure of water vapor of the air layer of the transparent member are made substantially uniform. If the see-through member is used for surrounding the cooling space, the inside of the air layer is dehumidified, and the hole itself acts as a hole for the asvil. Further, by making the space formed by the inner plate and the middle plate communicate with the space formed by the outer plate and the middle plate, the entire air layer of the see-through member can have a uniform water vapor partial pressure. By forming each transparent plate into a three-dimensional shape, it is possible to make the air in the product storage chamber easier to see and to direct the blown air more smoothly.

Since the amount of water vapor in the air layer inside is small, even if the air inside the product storage room is cooled and the inner plate (31) of the hood (22) is cooled, the water vapor is liquefied and adheres to the outer surface of the inner plate (31). It will not fog or become dewdrops and will have good see-through properties.

First, the adhesive is poured into the inner groove (41) and the outer groove (42) of the annular frame member (24) to store the sash (45) in the frame member (24), and then the opening edge of the inner plate (31) is closed. Insert into the inner groove (41). At this time, the step portion (38) on the inner surface of the inner plate (31) hits the upper end of the inner wall of the annular frame member (24) to limit the insertion depth to prevent the adhesive from overflowing, and the mounting portion (33) to Prevents the sash (45) from slipping upward.

At this time, the limiting portion (35) enters the notch (44) to be positioned and corresponds to the flange (34), and the opening peripheral edge of the outer plate (30) enters the outer groove (42). Further, the step portion (39) formed on the outer surface of the outer plate (30) comes into contact with the upper end of the outer wall of the frame member (24) to restrict entry into the outer groove (42). If necessary, the flange (34) may be spot-bonded to the mounting portion (33).

0) is formed so as to have an action as an aspirator, but instead of that, holes for filling the adiabatic gas are provided at appropriate places of the outer plate (30) and the middle plate (32), for example, on the hinge device (23) side. And a vent hole (both not shown) is formed for venting air by gas filling, so that the space between the middle plate (32) and the inner plate (31) of the assembled hood (22) and the middle plate (32).
The space between the outer plate (30) and the outer plate (30) may be filled with adiabatic gas such as sulfur hexafluoride or argon to prevent fogging or dew in the space inside the hood (22). In the present embodiment, the inner frame (31) and the outer plate (30) are provided at the lower ends thereof with the annular frame member (24) formed separately, but the present invention is not limited to this. The annular frame member may be omitted by integrally forming a flange extending outwardly around the lower end of the inner plate and attaching the middle plate, the outer plate and the packing to the flange.

It is fixed in the positioned state, and the fixed portion (33) of the inner plate (31) and the restricting portion (35) of the outer plate (30) which are fixed to the outer flange of the middle plate (32). (34) can be clamped to prevent movement in the vertical direction and also to prevent movement in the rotational direction, and all three can be fixed in the state in which the rotation is blocked. When assembling the hood (22), the inner plate (31)
The middle plate (32) and the outer plate (30) are assembled in this order to the annular frame member (24), and the work can be performed with the lower surface opening facing downward, so the assembly work is very stable.
Further, the middle plate (32) is attached to the projection (36) of the mounting part (33) of the inner plate (31).
By engaging the engaging groove (37) of the outward flange (34) of the, the space between the inner plate (31) and the intermediate plate (32) can be appropriately maintained, while the outward flange (34) and Since the space between the middle plate (32) and the outer plate (30) can be held by the restricting portion (43), a space holding member between the plates is unnecessary.

Then, an air layer is formed between the plates, and the space between the plates is appropriately selected to prevent convection of the air layer from occurring, so that this air layer is used as a heat insulating layer.
