[Prior Art] When joining a reinforcing plate made of a metal plate to the back surface of a metal panel such as a door panel or a wall panel of an assembly stand or a sheet metal casing of a vending machine to obtain a metal plate panel, a joining method by welding In addition to a joining method using a fastener such as a bolt or a rivet, a method of joining metal plates having flat surfaces using an adhesive may be adopted. When bonding with an adhesive, various adhesives such as heat-curable adhesives and room-temperature-curable adhesives are used. Regardless of which type of adhesive is used, the plate parts of the metal members to be bonded Are pressed in such a manner that they are overlapped with each other with an adhesive layer applied partially or entirely.

By the way, the adhesive has a layer thickness for obtaining a desired adhesive strength depending on its type. Therefore, when bonding two metal plates through the above-described pressing operation, the thickness of the adhesive becomes too thin when the pressing force applied to the metal plate is too large, and the thickness of the adhesive becomes large when the pressing force is too small. Too much, and in any case, it is difficult to obtain the desired adhesive strength.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, it is extremely difficult to obtain a desired adhesive strength by controlling the pressing force applied to a metal plate. That is, in order to obtain a desired adhesive strength for the entire adhesive layer, it is necessary to uniformly press the entire surfaces of the two parallel metal plates with a predetermined force, and depending on the size and shape of the metal plates. That itself involves technical difficulties. Therefore, in the conventional metal plate panel, there are problems that the adhesive strength between the metal panel and the reinforcing bars is not uniform in each part, and the adhesive performance is not sufficiently exhibited.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the coated metal plate panel according to the present invention is a coated metal panel coated on both front and back surfaces thereof. When the reinforcing bars are bonded with an adhesive, the plate members for bonding which are bent stepwise are formed at both end portions in the width direction of the coating reinforcing bars facing the coated metal panel side. The plate part is provided with a large number of partially spherical protrusions pressed toward the coated metal panel side with the same protrusion width, and the tops of these partially spherical protrusions contact the back surface of the coated metal panel. Thus, the thickness of the adhesive layer is formed to be the same as the protruding width of the above-mentioned many partial spherical projections.

[Operation] In the coated metal plate panel according to the present invention, since the coated metal panel and the coated reinforcing bars are bonded together, the manufacturing is easy and the coated surface is not damaged. In addition, the tops of a number of partially spherical projections of the same projecting width, which are provided on the plate portion bent in steps at both ends of the coating reinforcing bar in the width direction, are brought into point contact with the back surface of the coated metal panel. Therefore, the thickness of the adhesive layer is made uniform over the entire area of the adhesive surface, the variation in the adhesive strength of each part is eliminated, and the area occupied by the adhesive is kept as large as possible.
It is possible to firmly bond the painted metal panel and the painted reinforcing bar so as to exert the maximum adhesive strength. Further, the surface of the coated metal panel may have any irregularities, so that the design of the panel made of the coated metal plate is kept good.

According to this coated metal plate panel A, since many projections 23 on the plate portion 21 side have the same protrusion width H, these projections 23
Since the top portions 23a of 23 ... are abutted against the plate portion 11, the entire gap between the plate portions 11 and 22 is uniform, and the plate portions 11 and 22 have a high degree of parallelism. Is kept. Therefore, the adhesive layer 3 interposed in the gap
The entire thickness is the same as the protrusion width H of the protrusions 23, that is, the height, and is uniform, and the adhesive strength by the adhesive is uniform over the entire adhesive surface. Therefore, by setting the protrusion widths H of the large number of protrusions 23 so that the adhesive strength is the desired adhesive strength, and preferably the maximum adhesive strength, it is possible to obtain a coated metal plate panel having excellent adhesive performance.

The projections 23 are formed by pressing the plate portion 22 at the same time when the reinforcing bars 2 are bent, or before or after the bending is performed. Thus, the projections 23 are formed by pressing. By forming them, the respective heights can be easily aligned and processed. Moreover, since the shape of the projection 23 is a partial sphere and the top portion 23a thereof is in contact with the back surface of the painted metal panel 1, the number of projections 23 is large.
Regardless of the presence of 23, the area occupied by the adhesive layer 3 becomes large, and the adhesive strength can be kept large. When the panel member made of the coated metal plate A is a panel member such as a door panel used for an assembly stand or a panel member such as a casing of a vending machine, the protrusion 23 is formed in a hemispherical shape, and the mutual pitch P 1 , P When 2 is set to 50 to 100 mm, for example, the thickness of the adhesive layer 3 becomes uniform. The method of providing the projections 23 and the pitch thereof may be appropriately determined depending on the size and shape of the plate portion 22 to be bonded so that the projections 23 do not bend. Further, in the same case, either a heat-curable adhesive or a room temperature-curable adhesive can be used as the adhesive. Specifically, a two-component mixed type epoxy-based, acrylic-based, urethane-based, or the like can be preferably used. When a thermosetting type two-component mixed-type urethane adhesive is used, the protrusion 23
By setting the protrusion width H of 0.1 to 0.2 mm, a desired adhesive strength can be obtained.

Further, since the projections 23 are formed on the plate portion 22 of the coating reinforcing bar 2 and the plate portion 11 of the coated metal panel 1 is a flat surface, unevenness is present on the surface side of the coated metal plate panel A as a product. It is possible to secure good design of the panel A without taking out.

In this manufacturing method, an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to the plate portion 11 of the coated metal panel 1 and / or the plate portion 22 of the coating reinforcing bar 2 and the top portions 23a of the plurality of partial spherical projections 23 are coated. A bonding step of bonding the two plate parts 11 and 22 via an adhesive by overlapping the two plate parts 11 and 22 so as to contact the plate part 11 of the metal panel 1 in a point contact state; And a heating step performed accordingly.

For example, when the adhesive is applied to the plate portion 11 of the painted metal panel 1 in the form of a film, an operation of relatively pressing the plate portions 11 and 22 is performed in the adhering step. As a result, a large number of protrusions 23 are embedded in the adhesive layer 3 and the top portion 23a thereof abuts the plate portion 11. That is, this pressing operation may be performed by only hitting the projection 23 with the plate portion 11 depending on the type of the adhesive, which facilitates management of the pressing force. Moreover, the protrusion
When 23 is embedded in the adhesive layer 3, a phenomenon occurs in which the adhesive is pushed away around the protrusions 23, and due to that phenomenon, the adhesive evenly wraps between the mutual gaps between the plate portions 11 and 22, and adheres to the entire gap. A uniform adhesive layer 3 is formed over the agent layer 3. When the panel A made of coated metal plate is a panel member such as a door panel used for an assembly stand or a casing member of a vending machine, the above pressing operation is performed by using a flat mold to 2 to 5 kg / cm 2 When set to, the projection 23 surely hits the plate portion 11. The pressing force does not necessarily have to be within this range, and the point is that the projection 23 should come into contact with the plate portion 11.

By adopting the manufacturing method as described above, the parallelism between the plate portions 11 and 22 is ensured to a high degree as described above, and the size of the gap between them is determined by the protrusion width H of the protrusion 22. It is possible to know the space volume of the gap between the plate portions 11 and 22 before performing the adhesive application step, and by this,
It becomes possible to know in advance the required amount of adhesive without excess or deficiency, and by applying an appropriate amount of adhesive, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from squeezing out or running out during the bonding step.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, since the painted metal panel and the painted reinforcing bar are bonded together, the manufacturing is easy and the painted surface is not damaged.
Moreover, the tops of a large number of partially spherical projections of the same projecting width, which are provided on the plate portion bent in steps at both ends of the coating reinforcing bar in the width direction, are brought into point contact with the back surface of the coated metal panel. As a result, the thickness of the adhesive layer is made uniform over the entire adhesive surface, eliminating variations in the adhesive strength of each part,
By keeping the area occupied by the adhesive as large as possible, it is possible to firmly bond the painted metal panel and the painted reinforcing bar so as to exert the maximum adhesive strength. In addition, the surface of the coated metal panel does not have any irregularities, and the design of the coated metal plate panel can be well ensured. In addition, the adhesion between the metal plates whose surfaces are not coated reduces the adhesive strength due to the occurrence of corrosion rust on the metal plates, but the present invention is a metal plate whose surfaces are coated, so that the corrosion rust of the metal plates The generation is drastically reduced, and the adhesive force between the coated surfaces can be firmly maintained.
