のあることが判明した。Conventional technology and its problems When a Shinobaki bobbin hung on a bobbin hanger of a spinning machine becomes empty or becomes a small ball, the Shinobaki bobbin is conventionally replaced with a full bobbin. The work to succeed Shino was done manually. The invention by the applicant of the present invention developed for automating these operations is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Sho 62-62.
-56272 It is disclosed as "Shinetsu head". This Shinobu head has Shino gripping members on both sides of the Shino guide groove formed at the tip, and Shino gripping levers that reciprocate across the Shino guide groove grip the Shinbo of the full bobbin And the small ball bobbin after Shinotsu is gripped. With the Shino gripping member and Shino gripping lever on one side of the Shino guide groove, the Shino end of the full bobbin is connected to the Shinobu of the Kodama bobbin being spun, and the Shinko of the upstream small bobbin is grasped and When the Shino is cut, the Shino of the small bobbin before it is cut is strongly pressed against the groove side wall of the Shino guide groove of the Shinotsu head, and the Shino at the portion pressed against the groove side wall adheres strongly to each other, and Since it cannot be slipped out without slipping, it seems that the groove side wall holds the Shinobu, and the Shinobu is cut between the back roller and the groove side wall. Since the distance between the back roller and the side wall of the groove is short, the shape of the cut tip sharply becomes narrow and does not become a long tip-like tip. If the Shino end is shorter than the roller spacing before and after the draft part, it cannot be drafted in the draft part, so the short Shino end is spun into a slab and the slab-shaped Shino end is wound onto the bobbin. Occasionally, a large centrifugal force is generated, which causes a problem that the ballooning changes rapidly and the yarn breaks. As a result of repeated practical tests on various fibers, in the case of fibers with a long average fiber length such as polyester cotton yarn (T / C blend) and 51 m / m cut staple yarn, there is almost no yarn breakage, but the average fiber length It has been found that in the case of short fibers such as cotton card yarn, yarn breakage due to the above phenomenon may be caused and yarn splicing failure may occur.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 5 (2), the full bobbin replacement head 52 corresponding to the position immediately below the full bobbin A hanging on the bobbin hanger 42 of the spare rail 41 rises, and the full bobbin replacement head 52 The peg is fitted to the lower portion of the full bobbin A and the full bobbin A is removed from the bobbin hanger 42. The full bobbin exchange head 52 on which the full bobbin A is placed descends and returns to the original position shown in FIG. 5 (1). Further, as the full bobbin exchange head descends, the dispensing nozzle 62 ascends and descends. Bobbin A
The outlet nozzle 62 is stopped at a position where the suction port of the outlet nozzle 62 corresponds to the height position of the tip of the outlet nozzle 62 (FIG. 5 (3)). The full bobbin A is rotated counterclockwise when viewed from above by the peg rotation mechanism built into the full bobbin exchange head, and the suction mechanism is operated to cause the full discharge nozzle 62 to push out the full bobbin A (Fig. 5). (4)). While continuing the rotation of the full bobbin A and the suction of the lead-out nozzle 62, the lead-out nozzle 62 descends and returns to its original position, at which time the full bobbin that has been ejected is in the standby position Shinotsu head 60 (Fig. 1 ( (A)) Enters the guide groove 9 (Fig. 5 (5)). The operating bar 16 is moved to the left and the Masushino gripping lever 13 is operated to grip the Shinobu of the full bobbin between the Shino gripping surface 13a and the Masushino gripping member 10 (Fig. 1 (B)), and at the same time downward Set the Shinotsu head 60 of to the horizontal position in the horizontal direction. At this time, the Shinobu of the full bobbin A is caught by the comb mounted inside the tip of the outlet nozzle 62, and is cut off between the grip point of the Shino joint head 60 and the outlet nozzle 62 to form the Shino end ( Fig. 5 (6)). Next, the Shino joint head 60 advances slightly above the trumpet 45 while gripping the full bobbin with the Shino end formed.
Proceed until the Shino end of the full bobbin reaches the upper part of the trumpet 45, and Shino of the small bobbin that is spinning enters the Shino guide groove 9.
When it is crimped to the groove bottom 9b, it overlaps the shino end of the full bobbin. After the Shinotsu head 60 has stopped moving forward, the Shino gripping lever 13 is returned to release the Shino grip of the full bobbin A, and the Shinbo end of the full bobbin is guided to the Shino of the small bobbin being spun. Draft part is inserted in the trumpet 45 with Shino
It is sent to 46. At this time, the Shinobu of the small bobbin B is guided by the Shino guide surface 13b of the Mitsuno gripping lever 13 and spun through the gaps m and n, and the Shino end of the full bobbin A is the draft part.
After being nipped by the back roller 46a of 46, the operating lever 17
To the left and move the Zanshino grasping lever 21 forward,
Shino of the small bobbin B being spun in the middle of the advance contacts the Shino guide surface 27a of the inclined surface of the remaining Shino grasping lever 21, and the Shino of the small bobbin follows the inclined surface during the forward movement and follows the Shino gripping surface 21a. When it reaches the forward end (FIG. 1 (C)), the shino of the small bobbin is grasped between the shino grasping surface 21a and the shino grasping surface 12a of the remaining shino grasping member 12. When the Shinobu of the small bobbin B is gripped by the remaining Shino gripping member 12, it is drafted between the back roller 46a and cut (Fig. 5 (7)). At this time, the shin of the small bobbin B between the gripping point of the remaining Shinobu gripping member 12 and the gripping point of the back roller 46a is drafted while being stretched over the space of the opening of the Shino guide groove 9, so that the middle of both gripping points. Then, the monofilament slips and slips into pieces to cut through. The small tip of the small ball bobbin cut for that purpose becomes a long and narrow brush-shaped tip, and when the tip is superposed on the continuous bobbin's tip, it is sent to the draft part 46 and the full bobbin at the draft part 46. A small ball bobbin's Shino end is drafted with Noshino.
Therefore, even in the case of a fiber having a short average fiber length such as cotton card yarn, the shining end does not become a slab and is not spun, and the yarn does not break after shining.

し得る。In the above embodiment, the Mitsuno grip lever 13, the Mitsuno grip member 10, and the remaining Shino grip lever are provided to surely simultaneously grip the full bobbin and the small bobbin of the plurality of Shinobu heads 60 at the same time. It is advisable to attach an elastic material such as an elastic rubber to both or one of the Shino gripping surfaces of 21 and the residual Shino gripping member 12,
Alternatively, a spring may be interposed between the Mitsuno grip lever 13 and the operating lever 16. Further, the operating mechanism for the reciprocating movement of the Mitsuno holding lever 13 and the back-and-forth movement of the remaining Shino holding lever 12 does not need to be limited to the embodiment. For example, even if the Mitsuno holding lever is fixed to the operating bar 16 and moved in parallel. Alternatively, it may be implemented by an appropriate linear motion machine, such as moving the Zanshino grasping lever 12 back and forth by a link mechanism such as a Scott-Russell linear motion mechanism.

Then, since it is polymerized, the Shino end of the full bobbin is surely connected to the Shinobu of the small bobbin. Then, the small bobbin after the full bobbin has been spliced is gripped between the remaining Shino grasping member and the remaining Shino grasping lever, and is cut by drafting between the grasping point and the back roller. The Shino end of the small ball bobbin is made into a slender tip, and the Shino end is drafted in the draft part, so that Shino joint is reliably performed. When this Shinotsuji head is attached to an automatic Shino exchange machine for exchanging the small bobbin and the full bobbin, Shino-joint can be automatically performed together with Shino-exchange, and the Shino-exchange can be fully automated.
