However, in the case of high-mix low-volume production of enameled wires used for special purposes, it is necessary to finish coating and baking when the specified production volume is reached, and for that purpose the enameled wire baking equipment is constantly monitored. However, there is a problem that unmanned driving is impossible at night or the like and manpower is required. In addition, a wire with a coating is left in the baking furnace after coating and baking, which may cause ignition by the heat of the furnace. Further, there is a problem that the coating film is completely carbonized even before it is ignited, and adheres to the coating material coating portion of the coating material coating layer during the next wire application.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the above-mentioned prior art, and when the application and baking are finished in the enamel wire baking apparatus, the application of the paint to the running wire is interrupted and the take-up machine is automatically operated. An object of the present invention is to provide an enameled wire printing apparatus that can be stopped mechanically.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention applies a coating material 3 to a running wire rod 1 using a coating material coating tank 5 provided with a coating material coating portion 2 and a coating material squeezing tool 4, and then drying and baking in a baking oven 8. And then take-up bobbin via take-up capstan 9.
In an enameled wire baking apparatus that automatically stops the take-up machine 13 when winding, coating and baking on the take-up bobbin 14, a take-up amount detecting means a for detecting the take-up amount of the take-up bobbin 14 is provided in the take-up machine 13. A coating material application interrupting means b which is provided in the vicinity and which interrupts the application of the coating material 3 to the traveling wire rod 1 in response to a signal from the winding amount detecting means a is provided in front of the traveling wire rod introduction side of the coating material application tank 5. The uncoated wire rod detection means c for detecting the running wire rod 1 where the coating material 3 is no longer applied by the coating material application interrupting means b is provided between the take-up capstan 9 and the take-up machine 13, and the winding bobbin 14 is wound. When the amount reaches a predetermined amount and the coating and baking are finished, the coating of the running wire 1 is interrupted and then the take-up machine is automatically operated.
It is an enameled wire printing device characterized by stopping 13.

The coating material 3 is applied to the running wire rod 1 (soft copper wire) using the coating material coating tank 5 provided with the coating material coating portion 2 (coating material coating roller) and the coating material squeezing tool 4 (felt), and the coating material 3 is introduced into the baking oven 8 and dried. , After baking, take-up capstan 9 and sheave 12
The coating and re-baking are repeated a plurality of times to introduce the coating material into the coating material coating tank 5 again via the wire to form an insulating film of a predetermined thickness on the outer periphery of the wire 1 and then wound on the winding bobbin 14 of the take-up machine 13. When the winding amount of the winding bobbin 14 reaches a predetermined amount and the coating and baking are ended, the predetermined amount of the winding bobbin 14 is controlled by a winding amount detecting means a using a proximity switch.
Detected by the actuator, the coating material application interruption means b using an actuator provided in front of the running wire rod introduction side of the coating material application tank 5 is operated, and the actuator pushes up the wire rod pushing-up portion 7 of the coating material application interruption means b to the upper position 7 '. Pushed up. As a result, the running wire rod 1 is pushed upward to the position of the wire rod pushing-up portion 7'and the coating material coating portion 2 is pushed.
The coating material 3 is not applied to the traveling wire rod 1 because it is separated from the traveling wire rod 1. Further, the uncoated wire rod detection means c for electrically detecting the state of the running wire rod 1 ′ in which the coating material 3 is not applied and having no insulating film is automatically detected by the take-up machine 13

As the winding amount detection means a of the present invention, in addition to the means using the proximity switch of the embodiment, a means for detecting the weight of the enameled wire wound on the winding bobbin 14 and a means for detecting the winding amount by a photoelectric relay Alternatively, any means such as a means for calculating the time when the winding amount reaches a predetermined weight from the weight per unit length of the wire rod 1 and the manufacturing line speed of the enamel wire and detecting it with a timer may be adopted. The actuator used for the coating material application interrupting means b may be an electric solenoid or an air solenoid using compressed air. Furthermore,
As the non-coated wire rod detecting means c, an outer diameter measuring instrument such as a laser outer diameter measuring instrument is used in addition to a means for electrically detecting that the running wire rod 1 of the embodiment has no insulating coating.
When the measured outer diameter value reaches the outer diameter value of the wire rod 1, a means for detecting this may be used. In the case of applying a double coating with a different kind of paint, since a wire rod with a film is used as the wire rod 1, it is effective to use an outer diameter measuring device such as the laser outer diameter measuring device as the uncoated wire rod detecting means c. is there.
