る。この接手12の中心穴に電源側のHVケーブル5が嵌挿
され、一方レーザヘッド内HVケーブル6は高圧放電を行
う関係で外周を覆う網目状のシールド線9をアース接続
する必要があり、HVケーブル6の先端を銅キャップ13に
挿通してシールド線9の先端を銅キャップ13にはんだ付
けする。そして銅キャップ12又は13に銅スペーサ14を挿
入して電源側HVケーブル5とレーザヘッド内HVケーブル
6の芯線5a,6aをはんだ付けする。そしてシリコンゴム
を銅キャップと銅スペーサの隙間から注入し銅キャップ
12,13と銅スペーサ14の外周の継目を蝋付け加工してシ
リコンゴムを充填する方法が行われていた。2. の中心穴にHVケーブル6が挿通された内蓋8及び中心穴
にシールド線9が挿通された外蓋10が螺合されて開口部
が閉じられるとともにHVケーブル6の外周を覆う網目状
のシールド線9の先端9aが鍔状に開かれて挟み込まれ接
