ガジンロール5と、洗浄布を巻き取り且つ保持するため
の巻取ロール6と洗浄布を圧胴に圧着するブレード8
と、洗浄布近傍で湿らせる手段としての洗浄液供給パイ
プ11に設けたノズル12と、ブレード8及び洗浄液供給パ
イプ11を保持するとともに、巻取られる側の洗浄布を圧
胴面に接触状態に保持するガイド部9を設けた山形状支
持体7と、マガジンロール5、巻取ロール6及び支持体
7を支持するための枠体13から構成され、圧胴1の爪機
構取付凹部1aには爪軸2とこれに取付られた爪3が設け
られており、さらにこの爪軸2には爪逃げカム14が設け
られている。また、本洗浄装置には、少なくとも圧胴と
高速回転時に接触するのを防止するために、本装置を圧
胴から離脱させる目的の移動システムとしてのエアシリ
ンダーと、洗浄布を歩進的に移動し、且つ巻き取るため
