For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the inner lid 21 is provided with an upward projecting portion 22, a steam hole 23 is formed in this projecting portion 22, and the steam hole 23 is formed in an annular lower portion 24 on the outer periphery. Smaller diameter steam holes
There has been proposed a structure in which a steam hole 25 having a diameter smaller than that of 23 is provided, and the rice cooking liquid or the like blown up from the steam hole 23 onto the inner lid 21 is returned from the steam hole 25 to the inside of the pan 26 during cooking.

It is said that when bubbles that occur in some cases and in addition to the vapor block the vapor holes, the bubbles do not disappear and are continuously generated, and the bubbles cause splashes and spills.
Therefore, a structure as shown in FIG. 2 has been proposed, in which vapor holes 23 are provided in the projecting portion 22 at a high place so that generated bubbles and the like can be kept in the low portion 24.
Although it was designed to be returned to the inside of the pot 26 from the steam holes 25 of the lower portion 24, the projecting portion 22 has a planar shape, and bubbles blown up from the steam hole 23 are temporarily collected in the projecting portion 22. The steam holes 23 were temporarily closed, and the bubbles could not be blown up further, so that the bubbles were hard to disappear, and the bubbles and spills were generated due to the bubbles.

An outer cover for covering, a heat radiating plate for covering a lower opening of the outer cover, a heat-sensitive member and a lid heater arranged on the upper part of the heat radiating plate, and an inner lid for covering an upper opening of the pot. The member is arranged at a position substantially opposite to the steam hole of the inner lid, detects boiling by the steam from the pot, and energizes the lid heater in conjunction with boiling detection of the heat-sensitive member. .

During cooking, steam and bubbles generated when the pot boils up blows up on the inner lid as the pressure inside the pot rises, but at this time, the heat-sensitive member already placed on the heat sink of the outer lid The boiling detection of steam from the steam hole of the inner lid is quickened, and therefore, since the energization of the lid heater is started, the heat radiating plate is in a heated state. The bubbles that have blown up onto the inner lid correspond to the radiator plate, but because the radiator plate is in a heated state, the bubbles disappear and become moisture, which accumulates on the inner lid, and the accumulated moisture is further heated by the radiator plate. Then, a part of it becomes steam and is blown out of the outer lid, and the remaining water is refluxed into the pan as the pressure in the pan drops after rice is cooked.

FIG. 1 is an upper sectional view of a rice cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a pot 2 is detachably housed inside a rice cooker body 1. A hinge part 3 is provided on one side of the upper end of the rice cooker body 1, and a hook receiving part 4 is provided at a position facing the hinge part 3. The outer lid 5
One side thereof is pivotally supported by the hinge part 3 to rotatably cover the upper opening of the rice cooker body 1, and a hook 6 is provided at a position opposite to the pivotally supported side. The hook 6 is detachable from the hook receiving portion 4 of the rice cooker body 1. The lower opening of the outer lid 5 is covered with a heat radiating plate 7, an inner lid holder 8 is provided at the center of the heat radiating plate 7, and a temperature sensor 9 and a lid heater 10 are provided above the heat radiating plate 7. Are fixed by aluminum foil tape 11 respectively. 12 is a vent. A holder 14 made of a flexible material such as rubber is provided in the center of the inner lid 13 that covers the upper opening of the pot 2, and the holder 14 is detachable from the inner lid holder 8 of the heat dissipation plate 7. Further, a hole A15a is provided in the center of the inner lid 13 at a position substantially facing the temperature sensor 9,
Furthermore, holes B15b are provided at the bottom of the outer periphery. A pot packing 16 made of a flexible material such as rubber is provided on the outer periphery of the heat radiating plate 7, which is pressed against the outer periphery of the pot 2 when the outer lid 5 is closed, and the inside of the rice cooker body 1 is sealed. It becomes a state.

る。When rice is cooked in the rice cooker, steam and bubbles are blown from the hole A15a of the inner lid 13 as the internal pressure of the pot 2 rises. At this time, the temperature sensor 9 has already detected boiling by the steam from the hole A15a. Therefore, since the lid heater 10 has started to be energized, the heat dissipation plate 7 is in a heated state.
For this reason, when the bubbles blown up on the inner lid 13 hit the heat dissipation plate, they are defoamed and become water and accumulate on the inner lid 13. The accumulated water is further heated by the heat radiating plate, and part of it becomes vapor and flows out of the rice cooker main body 1 through the ventilation hole 12, and the remaining water is discharged from the hole B15b after the internal pressure of the pan 2 drops as the rice is cooked. Return to the pan 2.
