を押圧し、押え4を上昇せしめる。そしてラツク15がス
トツプ座金17で下限にストツプすると、サブモーター12
への通電はOFF状態となるよう制御される。押え作動ス
イツチをON状態のままで駆動スイツチをONにすると、押
え4が布を押えた状態でミシンが作動し、1サイクルの

へ通電しておかなければならず、温度上昇などによる悪
影響をもたらす。又布を押える時ソレノイドの力で行い
ソレノイドへの通電をOFFとすると、バネ作用で押えが
上昇する方法もあるが、これは押え圧力の調整が困難と
なる。そして、ソレノイドの場合はかなり大型の強力な
ものが必要となる。しかし、本発明の場合は上昇,降下
時のみモーターへ通電すれば良く、縫製中も通電の必要
がないので、消費電力は少く、又小型で作用力が強い等
