で、反りと切味との関係の実験結果を第5図に示す。ま

い、焼付を防止する必要があるが、本発明のジルコニア
カッターの場合は、無給油で可能であり、給油を行う必
要がないため使用環境が汚れず、被加工物も奇麗で品質
が向上する。さらに、化学繊維などについてはその製造
工程上、化学薬品を使用する関係上、金属カッターの場
合は錆、腐食が発生するが、本発明のカッターではその
