1 is an elevator door, 2 is a three-sided frame fixed around the entrance of the hall wall 3, 4 is a hanger rail installed on the upper side of the entrance of the hall wall 3, 5 is a sill fixed to the hall floor 6, and 7 is a hoistway Is. In the elevator door 1, a reinforcing member 9 is fixed to the anti-design surface side of a front plate 8 constituting a design surface by welding or the like in the vertical direction, and screws and rivets are attached to the front surface of the front plate 8 and the reinforcing member 9. It is provided with the left and right door main bodies 11 to which the back plate 10 is fixed by the above. A guide roller 13 pivotally attached to a hanger plate 12 projecting upward from the upper end surface of the door body 11 is movably supported by the hanger rail 4, and a guide shoe 14 projecting downward from the lower end surface of the door body 11 of the sill 5. Slidingly fitted in the groove, the elevator door 1 is configured to open and close in conjunction with opening and closing of a car door (not shown). The elevator door of the landing configured as described above has a structure in which the door main body 11 is heated by the heat when the fire occurs in the building.
By bending as shown in Fig.8 and Fig.8, there is a risk that fire or smoke will enter the hoistway 7 side from the hall side and spread to other floors. There was a risk that the elevator door 1 would come off from 4 or the threshold 5 and fall off. As a countermeasure against this, conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-16557, the left and right elevator doors are provided with hooking portions which face each other when the doors are closed so as to overlap each other in the thickness direction when the doors are closed. In order to prevent fire and smoke from entering the hoistway and preventing the elevator door from falling off, the catches are engaged with each other in the event of a fire so that the elevator doors are not thermally deformed significantly. Are known.

る。The conventional elevator door is configured as described above, and a general elevator door has no means for preventing deformation due to heat during a fire in both the left-right direction and the up-down direction of the door, and has a hooking portion. Even if the one provided with the door can be restrained to some extent so that the thermal deformation in the horizontal direction does not become large, it is not possible to sufficiently prevent the door from being bent due to the thermal deformation in the vertical direction, which is longer than the horizontal direction and has a large deformation amount. There was a point. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and prevents vertical bending due to thermal deformation of a door when a fire occurs, so that the door can be dropped or damaged and lifted or lowered. It is an object of the present invention to provide an elevator door that can prevent smoke and fire from entering the road and spread to another floor.

And damage can be prevented.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 5 to 8 denote the same or corresponding portions, and 10a denotes the back plate 10.
A long hole formed in the vertical direction, 15 is a holding metal fitting such as a screw and a rivet inserted in the long hole 10a, and these holding metal parts 15 cause the back plate 10 to move to the back surface of the front plate 8 and the reinforcing member 9, that is, to move up and down. It is in contact with the road side surface and is held slidably in the vertical direction. 3 and 4 show a door main body of another embodiment. Figure 3,
In FIG. 4, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 5 to 8 indicate the same or corresponding parts, 8a is a flange provided on the back side of the front plate 8 and 9a is a flange provided on the back side of the reinforcing plate 9. , 1
Reference numeral 5 denotes a clip-shaped holding metal fitting fixed to the back surface of the back plate 10 by welding or the like, and by sandwiching the flanges 8a and 9a between the holding metal fitting 15 and the back plate 10, the back plate 10 can be attached to the front plate 8 and the back plate 10. The reinforcing member 9 is elastically held on the back side of the door so as to be slidable in the vertical direction with respect to these. The structure of one embodiment and other embodiments other than those described above is the same as the conventional structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 8. The door body 11 of the elevator doors according to the above-described embodiments includes the front plate 8
Since the back plate 10 is held slidably in the vertical direction with respect to the reinforcing member 9 fixed to the front plate 8, when the fire occurs, the front plate 8 facing the landing on the fire side and the reinforcement member. Even if the back plate 10 facing the hoistway on the non-fire side is heated to a low temperature and the elongation amount is small compared to the amount that the member 9 is heated and expanded, the difference in the elongation amount between them is not shown. 8 and the reinforcing member 9 and the back plate 10 are absorbed by relative sliding, so that the door body 11 is hardly bent in the vertical direction. Further, since the horizontal dimension of the door body 11 is shorter than the vertical dimension, the difference in the amount of expansion between the front plate 8 and the reinforcing member 9 and the back plate 10 due to the difference in the heating temperature in the horizontal direction is small, and the amount of bending is also small. Few. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the elevator door from being detached from the hanger rail or the sill and falling off or being damaged by heat from a fire.

Provide an elevator door for a landing hall that can significantly reduce the amount of fire, and thus prevent smoke and fire from entering the hoistway from the landing side due to the door falling or being damaged, and preventing the fire from spreading to other floors. The effect is that you can do it.
