Conventionally, no automatic cleaning device has an antifreezing function. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to prevent freezing in cold regions. As a measure to prevent freezing, the residual water remaining in the wash water supply / drainage channel from the water supply pipe to the drainage channel via the urinal or handwasher should be discharged to an unfrozen area such as underground, or a small amount shall be added to this wash water supply / drainage channel. There is a method of constantly flowing water. However, it takes a lot of time and labor to drain residual water, and continuous flushing of water causes a large amount of wasted washing water. In particular, the above-mentioned problems are remarkable in public facilities equipped with a large number of urinals and handwashers. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic cleaning device having an anti-freezing function for intermittently supplying anti-freezing water to solve the above problems.

The device of the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. (First Embodiment) FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a first embodiment of the device of the present invention installed in urinal equipment, and FIG. 2 is a flow chart showing the control operation of the same embodiment. The device 10 of the present invention is a human body detection sensor 2 for detecting a user.
And a cleaning valve 3 provided in the middle of the cleaning water supply pipe 6 connected to the urinal, and a control circuit 14 for inputting the detection signal of the human body detection sensor 2 and outputting an opening / closing signal to the cleaning valve 3.
It has and. The control circuit 14 incorporates a timer circuit 15 for opening and closing the cleaning valve 3 at a set time independently of human body detection and a human body detection circuit 19 for opening and closing the cleaning valve 3 based on human body detection. 15
The anti-freezing switch 16 that controls ON / OFF is connected. A power supply circuit 17 is connected to each of the control circuit 14 and the cleaning valve 3. The control circuit 14 operates as shown in FIG. First,
When the control circuit 14 receives a start command from a push button switch or the like, it resets the timer flag of the timer circuit 15 and the human body flag of the human body detection circuit 19 to 0, and then confirms the presence or absence of a freeze set. If you confirm that the frozen set is present (that is, the timer switch 16 is in the ON state),
Since the timer circuit 15 has the timer flag set to 0,
After the timer body provided in the timer circuit 15 is started and the timer flag is set to 1, the signal is output to the human body detection circuit 19. Next, when a return signal from the human body detection circuit 19 to be described later is received, it is confirmed again that there is a freeze set. However, since the timer circuit 15 has the timer flag set to 1, the elapsed time value T from the timer start is set.
And the set time value S are compared. When the elapsed time value T does not exceed the set time value S (T <S), a signal is directly output to the human body detection circuit 19, and conversely, when the elapsed time value T is equal to or greater than the set time value S (T ≧ In S), the antifreeze cleaning is instructed, the timer body is reset, the timer flag is set to 0, and then a signal is output to the human body detection circuit 19. Since the set time value S varies depending on the ambient temperature of the urinal facility, it should be variable. Furthermore, the timer circuit 15
Receives the return signal from the human body detection circuit 19 and repeats the above routine. When the antifreeze cleaning is commanded by the timer circuit 15, the cleaning valve 3 (see FIG. 1) is opened for a set time and the cleaning water is supplied to the urinal through the cleaning water supply pipe 6. The supplied wash water prevents freezing due to the action of running water. When the control circuit 14 confirms that there is no freeze set (that is, the freeze prevention switch 16 is in the OFF state), the human body detection circuit 1
Directly output the signal to 9. The human body detection circuit 19 to which the output signal of the timer circuit 15 is first input after the start command is NO in the human body detection based on the detection signal from the human body detection sensor 2 (that is, there is no user in front of the urinal). If it is confirmed that the reset human body flag is 0, the signal is returned to the timer circuit 15. When the human body detection circuit 19 receives the signal from the timer circuit 15 again and confirms the human body detection to be YES (that is, the state in which the user is in front of the urinal), the human body flag is 0 and the human body flag is 1 Then, after instructing the preliminary cleaning, the signal is returned to the timer circuit 15. The cleaning valve 3 (see FIG. 1) that has received the pre-cleaning command is opened for a set time, and the pre-cleaning water is supplied to the urinal through the cleaning water supply pipe 6 before the urinal is used. Perform preliminary cleaning.
The human body detection circuit 19 during small use confirms the human body detection as YES,
Since the human body flag is 1, the routine for returning a signal to the timer circuit 15 is repeated. When the use is finished and there are no users, the human body detection circuit 19 confirms the human body detection as NO and the human body flag is 1 so that the human body flag is set to 0.
Then, the main cleaning is instructed, the timer main body of the timer circuit 15 is reset by the timer, the timer flag is set to 0, and then the signal is returned to the timer circuit 15. Here, the reason why the timer reset and the timer flag are set to 0 is that the main cleaning can be regarded substantially as freeze prevention cleaning. The cleaning valve 3 (see FIG. 1) that has received the command for the main cleaning opens for a set time and supplies the main cleaning water to the urinal via the cleaning water supply pipe 6. As described above, in the device 10 of the present invention, when the anti-freezing switch 16 is turned ON at the freezing time, the timer circuit 15 operates to intermittently open the cleaning valve 3 for a set time regardless of human body detection. Perform antifreeze cleaning to prevent freezing of urinal equipment. Since the preliminary cleaning is not essential, the preliminary cleaning command may be omitted. (Second Embodiment) FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a second embodiment of the device of the present invention installed in the hand washing equipment, and FIG. 4 is a flow chart showing the control operation of the same embodiment. The device 20 of the present invention includes a human body (hand) detection sensor 22 for detecting the hand of the user, which is inserted below the faucet 27 of the hand washing device 25, and a washing water supply pipe 26 connected to the faucet 27 and provided in the middle thereof. Valve 23 and a control circuit 34 for inputting a detection signal of the human body detection sensor 22 and outputting an opening / closing signal to the cleaning valve 23. The control circuit 34 is a timer circuit that controls the opening and closing of the cleaning valve 23 at a set time regardless of human body detection.
35 and a human body detection circuit 39 that controls the opening and closing of the cleaning valve 23 based on human body detection are incorporated, and the timer circuit 35 is turned on.
An antifreezing switch 36 for OFF control is connected. A power supply circuit 37 is connected to each of the control circuit 34 and the cleaning valve 23. The content of the timer circuit 35 is substantially the same as that of the timer circuit 15 in the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted. The control circuit 34 operates as shown in FIG. 4, but the part different from the first embodiment is the human body detection circuit 39. When the output signal of the timer circuit 35 is input, the human body detection circuit 39 determines that the human body (hand) detection is NO (that is, a state in which water discharge is not required) based on the detection signal from the human body (hand) detection sensor 22. If confirmed, a signal is returned to the timer circuit 35 after instructing the cleaning stop. The human body detection circuit 39 receives the signal from the timer circuit 35 again and detects the human body (hand) YE.
When S (that is, a state that requires water discharge) is confirmed, a command to maintain cleaning (water discharge from the faucet) is issued, the timer body of the timer circuit 35 is reset by the timer, the timer flag is set to 0, and then the signal is output to the timer circuit. Return to 35. The cleaning valve 23 (see Fig. 3) that received the cleaning maintenance command
The valve is opened, and the valve open state is maintained until the cleaning stop command is issued. In the device 20 of the present invention, when the anti-freezing switch 36 is turned ON at the freezing time, the timer circuit 35 operates to intermittently open the cleaning valve 23 for a predetermined time regardless of human body (hand) detection and freeze. Preventive cleaning is performed to prevent freezing of the hand-washing equipment.

As described in detail above, when the anti-freezing switch is turned ON at the freezing time, the timer circuit operates to intermittently open the cleaning valve for a predetermined time regardless of human body detection to prevent freezing. Cleaning is done automatically to prevent the equipment from freezing. As a result, the device of the present invention saves labor because it eliminates the work of draining residual water, and at the same time saves water because it can minimize the wash water for freeze prevention.
