(B) Conventional technology An optical pickup device for optically reading out or writing a signal using a light beam includes an objective lens support device for movably supporting a lens holder holding an objective lens in a frame. The objective lens supporting device is used to perform focusing control for focusing the light beam on the signal surface of the signal recording medium and tracking control for causing the light beam to follow the signal track on the signal surface of the signal recording medium. Has been done.

As such an objective lens supporting device, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61
-115249. The objective lens supporting device fixes one end of each of the plurality of wires to the frame, and inserts the other end into a hole formed in the frame to stretch the plurality of wires between both ends of the frame,
A lens holder is fixed to an intermediate portion of each of the plurality of wires to movably support the objective lens.
In this way, the objective lens support device that supports the objective lens by stretching the erection member having poor elasticity such as a wire between both ends of the frame prevents displacement of the objective lens in the length direction of the erection member, Since the displacement of the objective lens in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the erection member is hardly disturbed, stable movement of the objective lens can be expected in the two directions for performing focusing control and tracking control.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention By the way, in the objective lens supporting device, the objective lens (lens holder) is displaceably supported on the frame in addition to the resonance frequency of the movable part of the objective lens supporting device. It is known that at the resonance frequency of the member itself, the objective lens is subjected to pitching, which is a harmful rotational movement that causes the optical information to be disturbed. Therefore, in the above-mentioned objective lens supporting device, pitching occurs in the objective lens at the resonance frequency of the erection member itself. The objective lens is designed to be supported by a plurality of erection members, and the influence of resonance of one erection member is small,
Usually, the plurality of erection members have the same shape, material and mounting method, and simultaneously resonate at the same frequency, so that pitching of the objective lens due to the resonance cannot be ignored.

(E) Operation The present invention is an objective lens supporting device in which an objective lens is displaceably supported by a frame by a plurality of erection members, and the plurality of erection members resonate at the same frequency at the same time, so that Focusing on the fact that the pitching becomes large, the pitching of the objective lens is suppressed by dispersing and resonating a plurality of erection members.

When assembling the objective lens supporting device configured as described above, first, the lens holder (1) on which the focusing coil (3) and the tracking coil (4) are mounted is temporarily installed at a predetermined position, and then one end of the printed circuit board is previously prepared. Insert the four wires (13) soldered to (14) into the holes on one side of the frame (12) from the outside of the frame (12), and insert them into the holes of the mounting part (1b) of the lens holder (1). insert. Then, after inserting into the hole on the other side of the frame (12) and the insertion hole (16) of the support member (15), the lens holder (1) is set at a predetermined position of the magnetic circuit ( 5 ),
The assembly is completed by bonding the mounting portion (1b) of the lens holder (1) to the four wires (13). In this case, the focusing coil (3) and the tracking coil (4) are attached to the lens holder (1) so that the winding directions have portions that are orthogonal to each other, and the magnetic field circuit ( 5 ) prevents the magnetic flux in the magnetic gap from occurring. The focusing coil (3) and the tracking coil (4) are arranged so as to pass through the portions orthogonal to the winding direction. The four wires (13) are made of a metal wire, for example, a phosphor bronze wire material and have no elasticity in the length direction, and therefore are stretched between both ends of the frame (12). And wires (13)
One end of each wire is fixed to the printed circuit board (14) by soldering, while the other end of each wire (13) is inserted into the insertion hole (15a) of the support member (15). The wire (13) is slidable in each insertion light (15a) according to the swing of the wire (13), and is displaceable in the length direction of the wire (13). Therefore, by supplying a control signal to the focusing coil (3) and the tracking coil (4), the objective lens (2) is moved in the focusing direction (A-A 'direction in FIG. 1) and the tracking direction (B in FIG. 1). It can be driven smoothly in the (-B 'direction).

By the way, as shown in FIG. 2, one end of each wire (13) is inserted into each of four corners of the printed circuit board (14), and mounting holes (14a) to (1) are mounted by soldering.
4d) has been formed. Then, the printed circuit board (1
4) has a shape as shown in FIG. 2 so that the strength is different at the portions where the mounting holes (14a) to (14d) are formed. By the way, the printed circuit board (14) is formed such that the mounting holes (14a), (14b), (14d), and (14c) have higher strength in this order. In addition, the printed circuit board (1
4) is screwed to the frame (12) through a hole (16) formed in the center, but the printed circuit board (14)
As shown in FIG. 3, the projections (18) provided on the portions of the frame (12) where the screws (17) are screwed together allow the portions of the mounting holes (14a) to (14d) to be attached to the frame (12). It is fixed away from the surface. Therefore, when the objective lens (2) is driven and the wires (13) are respectively swung, the mounting holes (14) of the printed circuit board (14) are moved according to the swing.
Since the portions a) to (14d) are also swung, the swing of each wire (13) is related to the movement of the mounting holes (14a) to (14d) of the printed circuit board (14).

Therefore, the wires (13) have different resonance frequencies even if they have the same shape such as thickness and length and the same material. Therefore, the wire (1

When the lens holder is supported by four erection members (such as wires) as in the embodiment, it is not necessary to make the resonance frequencies of all the erection members different from each other, and the erection member having two kinds of resonance frequencies. It is also within the scope of the present invention to use two of each of the two construction members, and in this case, in order to make adjacent construction members have resonance frequencies different from each other, two construction members that are diagonal to each other have the same construction. It is effective to set the resonance frequency.

(G) Effect of the Invention As described above, the objective lens supporting device according to the present invention is
Since a plurality of erection members are set to different resonance frequencies by differentiating the shape of each mounting portion for mounting each erection member of the printed circuit board, an ordinary printed circuit board can be used as the printed circuit board and the ordinary printed circuit board can be used. It is only necessary to devise the shape of the substrate, and it is possible to prevent deterioration of characteristics due to simultaneous resonance of a plurality of installation members at the same frequency while ensuring ease of manufacturing.
