ンタフェース部と、伝送路のオーバヘッドから情報を抽
出/挿入し、前記警報監視インタフェース部との間で情
報の送受を行う端局中継装置インタフェース部を設け、
前記警報監視装置から出力される監視情報要求信号を前
記中間中継装置インタフェース部、伝送路および前記端
局中継装置インタフェース部を介して前記警報監視イン
タフェース部に送り、前記監視情報要求信号を受けた警
報監視インタフェース部で収集した伝送路監視情報を前
記端局中継装置インタフェース部、伝送路および前記中
間中継装置インタフェース部を介して前記警報監視装置
に送るように構成してある。

と同じ局舎内に警報監視装置を設置して伝送路全体の警
報監視を行なうことができるという効果がある。
