Most of the generated odors have a bad odor due to the mixture of various minor components. Conventionally, as a means of removing offensive odors and malodors, a method of physically adsorbing odorous components to a porous surface to remove them, a method of removing them by adsorption or reaction by a chemical bond, or a substance having a stronger fragrance than the malodorous component, There are known methods for eliminating the odor. However, the physical adsorption method has a drawback that the adsorbent itself reaches a saturated state in a short time, and the chemical adsorption method has a large selectivity for malodorous substances, and an actual malodorous event composed of complex odors. There is a drawback that it is not suitable for. The masking method is disadvantageous in that the fragrance component that masks offensive odor events does not always meet the user's taste or if the odor of the masking agent is strong, it causes discomfort.

The above solvent is added at a ratio of about 20 ml to 1 g of this powder, followed by hot extraction at 60 ° C. for 1 hour and then room temperature extraction for 15 to 24 hours. Filtered,
The same solvent is further added to the residue, and the mixture is subjected to warm extraction at 60 ° C. for 1 hour, then separated and filtered, and the filtrate is combined with the previously separated extract and concentrated by a rotary evaporator or the like. After separating the solid matter and the dissolved matter by centrifuging the concentrated liquid, only the dissolved matter is applied to a volumetric flask,
A deodorant solution is obtained after diluting to a certain concentration with water. Further, this deodorant solution is dried under reduced pressure to obtain a deodorant solid product, which is used for actual deodorization.

詳しく本発明を説明する。<Action> Since this solid substance has very little odor itself, it does not cause discomfort unlike conventional masking agents, and has an effect of removing various malodors, especially ammonia,
Its effect is superior to trimethylamine and methyl mercaptan. Further, this raw material is also inexpensively and easily available, and the operation for obtaining the deodorant component is simple. As deodorant mechanism, it is presumed that neutralization with polyphenols, amino acids, chlorophyll, etc. in the multi-component mixed system of plant extract components, decomposition, redox, complex formation, clathrate action, etc. are performed in combination. Has been done. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples.

The extract was separated by suction filtration, 150 ml of the same solvent was added to the residue again, and extraction was carried out at 60 ° C. for 1 hour. By suction filtration and combining the filtrate with the above extract, after concentrating using a rotary evaporator and applying a centrifuge to separate the solid matter,
The liquid content was diluted with water to 100 ml in a volumetric flask to obtain a deodorant solution. About 15 ml of this is dried under reduced pressure to remove solid deodorant

A sample containing no solid deodorant was also prepared as a blank. This was stored in a thermostat set at 20 ° C, and after 5 hours of treatment, the amount of gas remaining in each bottle was measured using a gas chromatograph to reduce the amount of gas in the bottle containing the deodorant (a ) And the amount of gas in the blank bottle, that is, the amount adsorbed on the glass wall (b), were obtained, and the amount of gas deodorized by the deodorant itself was calculated from ab. From this calculation result, the gas adsorption amount of the deodorant converted per 1 g of the dried product was determined and shown in FIG. Here, for comparison, the gas adsorption amounts of other plant components obtained by the same extraction method are also shown.

Since the deodorant itself has an extremely low odor, it can exert its effect in various fields without causing discomfort. Further, there have been inventions relating to deodorants utilizing plant components, for example, those utilizing extracts from plants such as Camellia, Pinaceae, etc., but it is possible to exceed those effects from the graph of the drawing. It can be said that it is an effective and practical deodorant that is extremely effective.
