It is a method of processing the skin end of the laminated body that bends and adheres to the outside, and has a small diameter that protrudes from one side of the mold for injection molding and that passes the injection material to a predetermined position. A skin having holes is arranged with its outer periphery protruding, and a resin layer is arranged on the other side surface of the mold, and a cavity is formed at a predetermined interval between the arranged skin and the resin layer. The injection material that forms the soft layer is injected through the passage hole of the epidermis, and the epidermis, the soft layer and the resin layer are laminated and bonded, and a surplus outer skin is squeezed out to form a laminate, and the surplus is formed. It is a process of bending the skin to the resin layer side Become As the injection material, for example, a molten resin to be a polyurethane resin, a thermoplastic elastomer having rubber elasticity, or a rubber-like elastomer before vulcanization is used.

In addition, the woven cloth 2 is of a size that covers the recess 9 sufficiently and the outer peripheral portion protrudes out of the recess 9, and the portion corresponding to the injection hole 10 has a small-diameter passage hole 2H through which the molten resin passes. It is formed. After that, the convex mold 6 and the concave portion 8 are closed, and a predetermined clearance is provided between the outer surface of the resin molded body 1 and the inner surface of the woven fabric 2 interposed.
In this example, a cavity with a clearance of 2.0 mm is formed. Next, a connection port (not shown) of a resin injecting machine is connected to the injection hole 10 of the concave mold 8 to inject the molten resin into the injection hole 10 and the passage hole.

In the semi-finished product 4 of the laminated body, the soft layer 3 is adhered only on the resin layer 1, and the end of the soft layer 3 is formed so as to have the same end face as the end of the resin layer 1. In addition, laminated semi-finished product 4
The passage hole 2H of the woven cloth 2 adhered to is inconspicuous because it has a small diameter, but if necessary, appropriate treatment is performed to make it more inconspicuous. Next, the protruding portion 2A of the woven cloth 2 is bent and bonded to the resin layer 1 side, so that the protruding portion 2A of the woven cloth 2 is bonded along the end surface of the soft layer 3 and the end surface of the resin layer 1. Since the end surface of the soft layer 3 and the end surface of the resin layer 1 are flush with each other, the protruding portion 2A of the woven fabric 2 is beautifully finished as a bending-bonded portion.
