FIG. 1 shows an enlarged cross section of a printed matter made according to the present invention, in which 1 is aluminum foil, 2 is a clear layer coated on the surface of the aluminum oil 1, and 3 is the surface of the clear layer 2. The offset print layer applied to the surface of the offset print layer 4, and the top clear layer applied to the surface of the offset print layer 3.
Reference numeral 5 denotes a pattern screen or a dry offset printing layer provided on the surface of the top clear layer 4, and 6 denotes a laminate layer provided on the surface of the pattern screen or the dry offset printing layer 5. Therefore, the printed matter that is the object of the present invention is configured.

The clear layer 2 formed on the surface of the aluminum oil 1 is provided in order to make the non-uniform reflectance generated on the surface of the aluminum oil 1 substantially uniform. 1, the reflected light of high brightness is partially suppressed and the brightness is averaged.
Therefore, offset printing on aluminum oil 1
The printing can be performed as easily as printing on ordinary paper. As the material of the clear layer 2, for example, transparent acrylic resin or polyester resin is effective, and these resins are coated with a thickness of, for example, about 3 microns so as to have a uniform thickness.

The offset printing layer 3 applied to the surface of the clear layer 2 is
Appropriate patterns, designs such as paintings are colored and printed using a transparent or semi-transparent process ink, and as a result, the brightness is improved by the reflective action of the offset printing layer 3 and the aluminum foil as the base. The design it has is represented.

Top clear layer 4 applied to the surface of offset printing layer 3
Has been subjected to UV clear by a well-known printing means, but there is a cost disadvantage in applying the offset printing layer 3, and the top clear layer 4 is required as a product. Therefore, the top clear layer 4 may be labor-saving.

Next, the pattern screen printing layer 5 applied to the surface of the offset printing layer 3 or the surface of the top coat layer 4 is the most important printing layer in the present invention. That is, the pattern screen printing layer 5 uses a transparent resin as a paint and is applied by a well-known screen printing means. The pattern screen printing layer 5 is parallel in a plane as shown in FIGS. These are various types of uneven patterns, such as diagonal lines, parallel horizontal lines, parallel vertical lines, concentric multiple circles, satin-like patterns, and the cross-sections of which are patterned to form, for example, Fresnel lens-shaped fine triangular chevron. However, it is selectively formed according to the design of the offset printing layer 3. That is, the offset printing layer 3
By selectively forming an uneven pattern as shown in FIG. 2 which is adapted to the pattern of the printing layer 3 on the upper side of the pattern, the above pattern seen through the uneven pattern has a brightness at the angle at which the pattern is viewed. There is an effect that the reflectivity is changed, and accordingly, the brightness of the design and the stereoscopic display feeling are enhanced. A dry offset printing means can be used for printing the above-mentioned pattern. In this case, handling such as drying is advantageous, which may lead to mass production.

The surface of the pattern screen printing layer 5 is formed into fine triangular mountain-shaped irregularities, and a laminate layer 6 (protective layer) is provided as a means for holding the irregularities so as not to damage them.

As described above, the present invention provides aluminum foil, vapor deposition film,
After forming a clear layer 2 of several microns on the surface of a plastic sheet, an aluminum sheet, a glass plate or the like 1 having a mirror surface, an offset printing layer 3 for appropriately coloring and designing a pattern is formed on the clear layer 2 above the clear layer 2. Next, a fine concavo-convex pattern having a chevron cross section is formed on the surface of the offset printing layer 3.
It is a printed matter in which a pattern screen or a dry offset printing layer 5 formed in accordance with the above-mentioned pattern is formed, and a laminating layer 6 is further provided on the surface of the pattern screen or the dry offset printing layer 5.

Therefore, according to this printed matter, the metallic brightness of aluminum foil, vapor deposition film, plastic sheet having a mirror surface, aluminum sheet, glass plate, etc., the pattern applied to the surface of the aluminum foil, and the pattern of the pattern By the pattern screen or the uneven pattern of the dry offset printing layer formed in accordance with the three, the pattern having metallic glitter changes in the pattern brightness depending on the angle at which the pattern is viewed. The aesthetics that cannot be obtained with the above-mentioned printed matter, and the printed matter with a high three-dimensional effect and metallic brightness can be commercialized at low cost by adopting the conventional printing means.
