In this example, the electric motor 4 is used as a drive source, and the cam 16 fixed to the output shaft 4-1 of the electric motor 4 and the firing rod 1 are used.
A transmission pin 1-at the tip of an arm (1) 1-2 integrally formed with
3, the rotation of the output shaft 4-1 of the electric motor 4, in this example, CCW (counterclockwise) rotation, causes the arm (1) 1-2 around the launching rod support shaft 7, and hence the arm (1) 1-2. Since the integral firing rod 1 turns in the CW (clockwise) direction, the firing part 1-1 provided in the vicinity of the tip of the firing rod 1 is formed on a play panel (not shown). 10 (indicated by a broken line) is separated from the play ball 9 which was in contact with the elastic unit 1-1 as indicated by a broken line in the figure, and the rotation of the electric motor 4 further advances. At the same time when the transmission pin 1-3 is separated from the pressing surface 16-1 of the cam 16, the pulling force of the coil spring 14 connected to the tip of another arm (2) 1-4 integrally formed with the firing rod 1. As a result, the firing rod 1 and thus the repulsion section 1-1 instantly approaches the game ball 9 and repels it.

The firing frequency of the play ball 9 is determined by the rotation speed of the electric motor 4, but the impact force on the play ball 9 depends on the returning speed of the firing part 1-1, that is, the launch rod 1, as is apparent from the above-described operation. As a means for adjusting this, a tension adjusting knob 15 is fixedly disposed at one end of the coil spring 14.

In the configuration of this example, since power transmission for launching the game ball 9 is entirely based on mechanical connection, mutual arrangement of the respective parts is complicated, and adjustment of the relative relationship position becomes complicated. There were many points to be improved in the environmental influences such as vibration, shock and noise as a game machine, such as vibration from the player and impact from the launch rod 1 side being transmitted to each other.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) An object of the present invention is to obtain an electric ball striking device that simplifies the mechanism of power transmission and has high reliability, and can reduce the occurrence of vibration and impact.

(2) Configuration of the Invention (Means for Solving Problems) In the electric ball striking device of the present invention, a disc-shaped drive-side permanent magnet that is surface-polarized into multiple poles is fixed to its output shaft, It is possible to rotate as many driven permanent magnets that are magnetized as many poles as the driving permanent magnets so as to face the driving permanent magnets coaxially with each other with a gap therebetween. A yoke member made of a magnetic material is provided on one side, and the size of the gap between the two permanent magnets is arranged so as to be variable, and is either a separate member concentric with the driven side permanent magnet or the driven side yoke. A firing rod is integrally formed with the firing rod, and a magnetic shield member for adjusting the magnetic coupling force between the permanent magnet and the permanent magnet is inserted into and removed from the space between the permanent magnets.

A drive side permanent magnet 2-1 having a yoke 3 is disposed and fixed to the output shaft 4-1 of the drive motor 4. On the other hand, the driven permanent magnet 2-2 has a yoke 3 on its back surface, and is rotatable by a bearing 6 mounted on a mounting plate 5 so as to face the driving permanent magnet 2-1 with a gap 8 therebetween. It is fixedly arranged on a rod support shaft 7 which is pivotally supported. The firing rod 1 is fixed to the rod support shaft 7 integrally with the driven permanent magnet 2-2.

The two permanent magnets 2-1 and 2-2 are arranged so that their magnetized surfaces face each other, but in the example shown in FIG. Side permanent magnet 2-1 N
The pole (S pole) attracts the S pole (N pole) of the driven side permanent magnet 2-2 to each other, and when the drive side permanent magnet 2-1 turns as the electric motor 4 rotates, it is driven by the action of the above-mentioned attraction force. The side permanent magnet 2-2 also rotates in synchronization.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the power thus transmitted acts on the launch rod 1 and the game ball 9 which are integral with the driven side permanent magnet 2-2. The firing rod 1 is magnetized to the pole and is fixed between the N1 pole and the S1 pole, and the rod stopper 11 that limits the operating range of the firing rod 1 is located at a position approximately 60 degrees from the initial position of the firing rod 1. It is provided in.

When the drive-side permanent magnet 2-1 rotates according to the rotation of the electric motor 4, the driven-side permanent magnet 2-2 also moves in the same direction (see the same figure).
Therefore, the firing rod 1 also turns until it hits the rod stopper 11.

The state of this turning operation will be explained with reference to FIG. 4 as to the change in the relative relationship between the two permanent magnets. As described above, the launch rod 1 that hits the rod stopper 11 is rapidly reversed by the repulsive force of both permanent magnets. Then, it returns to the initial position, and the repulsion section 1-1 arranged near the tip thereof repels the game ball 9 accommodated in the end section of the launch rail 10. As described above, FIG. 4 shows how the two permanent magnets are magnetically interlocked with each other, and each shows an example in which 6 poles are magnetized.

First, (a) shows each magnetic pole of the drive side permanent magnet 2-1 in the initial state.
The magnetic poles N and S and the magnetic poles S and N of the driven side permanent magnet 2-2 face each other at the same position so as to be attracted to each other.

As described above, the rotating direction of the drive-side permanent magnet 2-1 is CW rotation when viewed from the electric motor 4 side in the example, but in (b), the permanent magnet 2-1 is half the magnetic pole width, which is approximately 30 degrees. The permanent magnet 2-2 also turns in the CW direction by 30 degrees.

Further, in (c), the permanent magnet 2-2 also turns 30 degrees, and the permanent magnet 2-2 also turns in synchronization with the movement of the permanent magnet 2-1, but in this state, the permanent magnet 2-2 is fixed integrally with this. Since the firing rod 1 arranged hits the rod stopper 11, the CW is no more than this.
It cannot be turned in the direction and is forcibly stopped here without following the continuous operation of the permanent magnet 2-1.

(D) shows the state at the time when the change in this state is small, and although the permanent magnet 2-1 is further rotated 30 degrees in the CW direction, the permanent magnet 2-2 is at the position of (c). Is. Further, the permanent magnet 2-1 continues to rotate in the CW direction, and from (c), one pole of the magnetic pole is advanced by 60 degrees (e).
However, even in this state, since the firing rod 1 and the rod stopper 11 are in contact with each other, the permanent magnet 2-2 has both permanent magnets 2-2.
The positional deviation between -1 and 2-2 is equivalent to the magnetic pole width.
It becomes degree.

The drive side permanent magnet 2-1 continuously turns in the CW direction by the electric motor 4, but the driven side permanent magnet 2-2 is able to turn to either direction due to the repulsive force at the moment shown in (e). It is in a state.

However, the permanent magnet 2-2 cannot rotate in the CW direction because the firing rod 1 which is integral with the permanent magnet 2-2 is blocked by the rod stopper 11, and therefore the permanent magnet 2-1 continues to rotate and slightly goes too far as shown in (f). Then, the magnetic attraction force is instantaneously reversed by one magnetic pole, and the state returns to the state of (f '), that is, the initial state of (a).

Corresponding to the continuous rotation of the driving permanent magnet 2-1 in the same direction, the driven permanent magnet 2-2 repeats the reciprocating operation between the initial state and the rod stopper 11.
