等であっても対応することが出来、多品種少量生産にも

フター14、12のコンベア50には、その駆動方向に連動す
るパレット押圧部30、30aを設けたので、パレット9を
入口リフター14及び中間リフター11により一台毎、押し
込み搬入することにより、各層の開口部16、16a…が小
さいため、かかる開口部16、16a…からの熱ロスを低減
出来ると共に、予備乾燥室4及び主乾燥室5内のパレッ
ト9は順次、後続するパレット9により押し出されて移
動することが出来、炉本体3内にパレット9を移動する
ための装置を全く不要にして構造の簡略化を図り、而も
従来の台車式に比しパレット方式の搬送であるため、搬
送装置等を小型に出来ると共に、高価な台車を必要とせ
ず、コスト低減出来、又パレット9を押し込み搬入する
パレット押圧部30、30aはコンベア50と連動させている
ため、その駆動源を不要に出来ると共に、コンベア50と
同方向に連動させているため、パレット9の押込搬入お
よび押出搬出時の駆動ロスが発生しない等その実用的効

乾燥室及び主乾燥室は瓦の白地を縦横複数列に倒伏載置
する多数のパレットを移動可能に支持する搬送炉を多層
状に設け、一方、予備乾燥室の始端側に、該予備乾燥室
の各層にパレットを押し込み搬入する入口リフターを配
設すると共に、主乾燥室の終端側に、該主乾燥室の各層
から押し出し搬出されるパレットを受承する出口リフタ
ーを配設し、又予備乾燥室の終端側及び主乾燥室の始端
側には、予備乾燥室の終端側の各層から押し出されるパ
レットを受承し、該パレットを主乾燥室の始端側の各層
へ押し込み搬入する中間リフターを配設し、各リフター
は予備乾燥室及び主乾燥室の始端側及び終端側の前方に
て移動体を昇降自在に設け、該移動体にパレットを載置
する循環駆動されるコンベアを設け、且つ入口及び出口
リフターのコンベアには、その駆動方向に連動するパレ
ット押圧部を設けたことを特徴とする乾燥炉。1.
