2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in the case where a terminal (end) of a wire wound around a coil bobbin is wound around a pin-shaped terminal erected on the coil bobbin to be entangled, the following three methods can be considered. There is. In the first method, the end of the wire is cut into an appropriate length in advance with a cutter or the like, and then this end is wound around the terminal. In the second method, as shown in FIGS. 10A to 10C, the wire rod 21 is supplied through the nozzle 22 and wound around the bobbin 24 and the like, and after the winding is completed, the nozzle 22 is rotated around the terminal 23 to thereby wire the wire rod. The terminal is wound around the terminal 23, and then the wire 21 is cut with a cutter or the like. In the third method, the end of the wire 21 is connected to the terminal 2 in the same manner as the second method.
After being wound around the wire 3, the wire 22 is cut by pulling the nozzle 22 away from the terminal 23 in a state where the wire 21 is locked so as not to come out from the nozzle 22. In addition, JP-A-55-9
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 1812, two coaxial cylindrical solids are used.
By cutting the wire with a fixed blade and a rotary blade, and rotating the rotary blade
There are also things that tie the wire rod around the pin.

In the first method described above, the terminal 23 is held while holding the end of the short wire 21 after cutting.
It has to be wrapped around and the terminal that holds it is terminal 2
It does not wrap around 3, and it is easy to remain as a beard, and the mechanism becomes complicated. In the second method, since the terminal is wound around the terminal 23 and then cut with a cutter or the like, the terminal remains as a beard by the thickness of the blade of the cutter. In the third method, since the wire rod 21 is pulled and cut, the cutting position is not constant and a long beard remains. As described above, there is a problem that any of these methods requires these processing operations because the beard remains on the terminal. Further, in any of the methods, the entanglement and cutting of the wire rod end are sequentially performed, and there is a problem that efficiency is deteriorated. The present invention provides a wire entanglement device that solves the above-mentioned problems. Also, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-91812.
For the method shown, the area of the part to be inserted into the slant groove of the wire is
Narrow, and align the mandrel and the rotary sleeve's inclined groove
There is a difficulty in inserting the wire.

In this structure, for example, the terminal pin 8 of the coil bobbin is inserted into the terminal hole 9 of the rotary blade 5, and the wire rod 10 wound around the coil bobbin is inserted into the groove 7 of the rotary blade 5 to form the rotary blade. When 5 is rotated, the wire rod 10 is sandwiched between the fixed blade 2 and the rotary blade 5 and cut, and the further rotation of the rotary blade 5 causes the end portion of the wire rod 10 to be completely wound around the terminal pin 8.

A terminal hole 9 for inserting a terminal pin 8 to be described later is formed on the lower surface of the rotary blade 5, and the upper surface of the rotary blade 5 is lightly contacted with the lower surface of the fixed blade 2 described above or has a very small gap. Hold and be opposed. Fixed blade 2 in the illustrated example
The radius r is larger than the radius R of the rotary blade 5 (r> R), but is not limited to this. Only
The distance of the groove 7 from the axis of the rotary shaft 4 must be smaller than r.
Be done. A rotary drive source (not shown) such as a motor is directly or indirectly connected to the upper end of the rotary shaft 4.
The rotary blade 5 is also made of a metal material, but can be made of another hard material.

The operation of this device will be described with reference to FIGS. In the figure, 10 is a wire rod, 11 is a bobbin, and 8 is a terminal pin erected on this. When the winding of the wire rod 10 on the bobbin 11 is completed, the terminal pin 8 of the bobbin 11 is inserted into the groove hole 9 of the entwining device to insert the wire rod 10 into the groove 7 of the rotary blade 5 (FIG. 4). In this state, when the rotary shaft 4 is rotated (counterclockwise direction in FIG. 1B), the wire 10 is rotated by the rotary blade 5.
It wraps around the terminal pin 8. During this winding operation, the wire 10 receives an appropriate holding force in the groove 7 and
Glide inside. When the rotary blade 5 rotates by a certain angle, the wire rod 10
Is sandwiched between the vertical surface 3 of the fixed blade 2 and the rotary blade 5 (FIG. 5), and the wire rod 10 is cut by further rotation of the rotary blade 5 (FIG. 6).

When the rotary blade 5 is further rotated, the wire 10 is wound around the terminal pin 8 (FIGS. 7 and 8), and finally, as shown in FIG. To be In this way, the cutting of the wire rod 10 and the winding around the terminal pin 8 are performed almost at the same time. Further, since the wire rod 10 is securely wound around the terminal pin 8 by the rotary blade 5 to the tip end portion of the terminal, so-called whiskers do not occur. In this case, the length of winding around the terminal pin 8 is determined by the height H of the rotary blade 5, and the wire rod 10 can be uniformly wound around the plurality of terminal pins 8.

According to the wire entanglement device of the present invention, the cutting of the wire and the winding around the terminal pin are performed substantially at the same time. Further, since the wire rod is securely wound around the terminal pin up to the tip portion of the terminal, so-called whiskers do not occur, and therefore there is an effect that the processing after the wire rod terminal is entangled can be omitted unlike the conventional case. In addition, the plurality of terminal pins 8 of the wire rod 10
It is possible to uniformly form the entangled state, and to expect a high quality entanglement operation. Also insert the terminal pin 8 into the terminal hole 9.
After that, simply insert the wire rod 10 into the groove 7 and rotate the rotary blade.
Wires can be entangled with simple operations.
